盾构施工中管片拟合DTA问题研究

【摘要】 本课题来源于国家863计划项目——盾构(Tunnel Boring Machine--TBM))隧道掘进施工辅助系统和导向技术研究及示范应用。本文主要研究管片选取对隧道设计轴线(Designed Tunnel Axis--DTA)的拟合问题。管片选取一般只使用数学公式计算出结果,然后根据结果预测管片。但是在有铰接油缸的盾构中,铰接油缸伸长量是不能直接控制的,不确定的,所以只用数学公式在预测应用上有局限性,需要探索新的方法。模糊控制理论可以较好的解决这个问题。本文的主要工作和研究内容如下:(1)使用一般方法,即建立明确的数学模型,导出数学公式,进行无铰接油缸盾构的管片选取。(2)引入人工智能理论,进行有铰接油缸的盾构的管片预测选取。铰接油缸伸长量不能预先确定,不能通过明确管片预测数学模型求解,所以本文引入人工智能思想,模拟分层模糊控制器进行此类管片选取。铰接油缸伸长量视为始终为零,则该过程演变为无铰接油缸盾构的管环预测。(3)进行纠偏判别。盾构施工中的管片选取与盾构姿态共同决定盾构的施工方向。隧道设计轴线提供的只是线形要素,每点的空间坐标需要自行求取。本文采用直线插补算法,以一米为插补长度,经过推导得出隧道设计轴线上点的空间坐标公式,误差分析表明该插补算法满足施工要求。求得对应的隧道设计轴线上的坐标值后,将其与实时测量获得的盾构空间坐标比较,判断是否需要纠偏。(4)设计纠偏曲线。当偏移量和偏移角度数值比较大,超过管片自身的纠偏范围时,则需要设计纠偏曲线。本文结合几何图形推导得出针对圆曲线、直线和缓和曲线等不同曲线段的对应的纠偏方法和相应公式。
【Abstract】 The task is from the National 863 project -- the Research and Demonstration Application of the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) Assistant System and Guidance Technology. The main research in this dissertation is on how to select proper rings to fix the Designed Tunnel Axis(DTA). It is usually to predict the rings according to the result calculated with formulas. Formulas only cannot deal with the matter because the articulate jacks’ push-lengths are not sure on TBM with articulate jacks, and new methods have to be found. Fuzzy control method can solve this problem well. The details of the research are as following:(1)Taking the general way that is to set up certain models and get formulas to select rings to the TBM without articulate jacks.(2)Introducing artificial intelligence theory in rings’ prediction on the TBM with articulate jacks. The articulate jacks’ push-lengths cannot be used directly because it cannot be controlled beforehand. The fuzzy control method can deal with this matter. The layered fuzzy control method is designed to select rings. The designed fuzzy method can also be used on the TBM without articulate jacks if it is considered as the push-lengths are all zero (3)Designing the methods to judge whether there is deviation. The rings’ prediction and the state of the TBM are combined to decide the steering direction. The designed tunnel axis is given with some references and the points’ coordinates need to be calculated. To calculate the coordinates the instert-line way is used and each inserted line’s length is one meter. The error analyse proves the method works. Then the designed and the calculated coordinates are compared to judge whether there is correct the deviation.(4)Designing the correction curves. Correction curves are to be designed and inserted from the latest ring if the deviation is beyond the ring’s correction ability, back to the DTA by tangent.
