专用弯管机虚拟布局仿真技术研究与应用

【摘要】 弯管技术被广泛地应用于汽车、船舶等制造行业中,而决定弯管生产工艺的关键因素之一是专用弯管机设备的布局。传统的布局方式是工人在车间凭借经验对实物进行模装布局,导致材料、人力和设计时间的大量浪费。为此本文结合三樱公司项目要求展开了对专用弯管机的布局、干涉检验及其虚拟仿真的研究。通过对专用弯管机虚拟布局仿真过程、功能要求和系统逻辑结构的分析,建立了专用弯管机虚拟布局仿真系统的集成体系框架。同时在对专用弯管机设备的装配层次结构关系、位置和姿态等进行分析的基础上建立了专用弯管机设备的三维几何模型。针对专用弯管机设备具有层次装配结构等特点,在分析基于八叉树的干涉检验算法的特点和其对检验复杂装配体效率不高的不足的基础,结合包容盒相交检测的快速定性干涉检验和实体几何求交的精确定量干涉检验方法,构造了一种基于分级包容盒的三维布局干涉检验算法。该算法被应用于专用弯管机的干涉检验中取得了较好效果。常用三维布局问题的求解算法通常未对布局问题进行分解,且未充分考虑工程约束规则对布局问题求解的指导作用。为克服以上不足,本文依据专用弯管机布局具有布局实体间约束层次分明,同时具有一定的布局准则和专家布局经验等工程约束规则的特性,提出了一种基于工程约束规则的层次推进布局算法,实现了专用弯管机的初步自动布局。并给出了动态的人机交互布局的操作方法。在上述研究的基础上,给出了专用弯管机的设备几何模型层次关系及其数据结构和布局的主要函数,构造了专用弯管机虚拟布局仿真的仿真策略、时钟推进机制、仿真算法及其数据结构。在VC++6.0平台上利用OpenGL开发了一个专用弯管机虚拟布局仿真系统,并给出了应用实例。

【Abstract】 Technique of bending pipe is widely used in the manufacture of automobile and ship, but facility layout of bending pipe machine is one of pivotal factors for production of bending pipe. Commonly, workers simulate layout with actual facility in workshop, result in material resources, manpower and time are largely waste. Therefore, the research for layout, interference checking and simulation for bending pipe machine is proposed.An integrated system framework is established by analyzing the process of layout and virtual simulation for bending pipe machine and logical model of system. Moreover, geometry model of facility are established based on analyzing the assembly hierarchy and location of facility.Characteristics of interference checking based on oct-tree and the inefficient limitation for checking complex assembly entity are analyzed. According to that facility of bending pipe machine has characteristics of hierarchical assembly, a 3D layout interference checking algorithm based on hierarchical bounding box is constructed by combining qualitative interference checking based on bounding box with quantitative interference checking based on entity geometry intersection, an efficient interference checking for bending pipe machine is achieved.Common 3D layout algorithms do not decompose layout problems and consider adequately the directive function of engineering-oriented constraint rules to the resolution of layout problems. In order to avoid the limitation, a hierarchical advancement layout algorithm based on engineering-oriented constraint rule is proposed according to that the layout for bending pipe machine has the characteristic of hierarchical constraint and includes some significant rules and expert experience, initial automatic layout is achieved. Moreover, the operations of interactive layout are provided.On the base of former research, the class hierarchy and data structure of facility geometry model is provided. In addition, Simulation strategy, timer mechanism, simulation algorithm and their data structure of layout and virtual simulation for bending pipe machine are constructed. A layout and virtual simulation system for bending pipe machine is developed with VC++ 6.0 and OpenGL. Moreover, an application example is presented
