【摘要】 三维CAD技术在企业的应用已经有了一定的规模，但是基于三维CAD的CAPP系统的研制才刚刚起步。本文对基于三维CAD的商品化CAPP系统进行了一系列的理论研究，并结合企业的需求，开发了原型系统，实现了系统的主要功能。本文的主要内容如下：根据企业应用CAPP的状况对企业的需求作了分析，描述了系统的总体目标：提出适合中国制造业的工艺设计模式和基于CAPP工具平台的数字化工艺解决方案，开发基于三维CAD的集成化的工艺系统；建立面向成套装备、汽车、数控装备行业推广应用的基于三维CAD的专用CAPP工具平台。并对系统的主要技术指标进行了描述。提出了基于COM(Component Object Model)技术的多层系统结构，并对支撑这一结构的关键技术的应用进行了介绍。该架构，分为核心基础层、平台框架层、应用层。整个系统基于COM技术，各子系统之间通过COM接口进行信息交流，XML(eXtensible Markup Language)文件作为信息传递的载体，数据库系统对数据进行存储和管理。对整个系统设计过程中涉及到的主要技术问题的解决方案进行了详细的探讨和研究。涉及到的主要技术问题包括工艺信息在XML文件中的存储方式，在基于三维CAD的工艺设计中需要解决的问题等等。开发了原型系统，对基于三维CAD的CAPP系统原型系统的工艺设计过程进行了描述。对原型系统具体的工艺实现过程，从加工工艺设计以及装配工艺设计两个方面展开了介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of 3D CAD to enterprise reaches a high level today, but the study of CAPP system based on 3D CAD just starts. This thesis makes serial fundamental researches on commercial CAPP system based on 3D CAD, and it also provides a prototype system with main functions developed according to the requirement of enterprise.The main content of this thesis are shown as follows:Analyses the requirement of enterprise based on the state that they apply CAPP to manufacturing, and describes the integral goal of the system: Putting forward the process design mode adapted to manufacturing industry in china and the blue print of digital CAPP based on tool platform, developing integrated CAPP system based on 3D CAD and founding special CAPP tool system based on 3D CAD oriented to whole set equipment, automobile and numerical control industry. It also describes the main technology targets of the system.Brings forward multilayer system structure based on COM (Component Object Model) and introduces the application of the key technologies which support this structure. This structure is classified as core layer, platform frame layer and application layer. The whole system is based on COM technology and data of child system is transmitted through the interface of COM object. In this process, XML (eXtensible Markup Language) file is the carrier that carries information and database system stores and manages data.Discusses the resolvents to the main technology problems that need to be solved during the whole process of system design. The main problems include how information store in XML file and some problems needed to be solved during the process of technics design. Develops the prototype system and describes the process of technics design of this CAPP prototype system based on 3D CAD. To the process of technics design of the prototype system, introduces the design of machining process and the design of assembly process.更多还原
