船模数控加工机控制系统研究

【摘要】 船模是预报实船航行性能和辅助船舶科研教学的重要工具,随着船舶设计制造技术的不断发展,对船模制作的要求越来越高,客观上要求将先进的制造技术引进到船模加工过程中,逐渐取代传统的手工制作方法。本文在分析当前船舶/船模数控加工的发展状况及趋势的基础上,对船模数控加工机进行了研究与开发,具体工作如下:一、分析了船模设计图纸和木质船模加工的特点,对HCM01型船模数控加工机进行了总体方案的设计,并介绍了该设备的功能指标,讨论了船模数控加工的关键技术。二、对船模数控加工机的机械总体结构进行了研究,并对各主要机械部件进行了简要的设计。三、研究并设计了该设备的控制系统。硬件系统方面,按重要程度对主要电气元部件进行了选型和设计,包括工业计算机、运动控制卡、主轴变频系统、伺服电机、系统步进电机系统等,并对步进电机和伺服电机进行了比较;软件系统方面,按流程设计了数据预处理、船模造型、CAM和CNC模块,重点研究了基于Unigraphics二次开发功能的船模造型方法。四、作为本文的重点,设计了运动控制卡与工业计算机、电机控制系统的硬件连接,并开发了基于运动控制卡的船模CNC加工程序。主要实现了各轴的手动控制、G代码的识别处理、船模的多轴联动加工功能,并提供了较详细的源代码。
【Abstract】 The ship model is an important tool for forecasting the sailing capability of its real prototype; it also acts as an important role in the ship research and teaching courses. With the continuous development in technologies of design and manufacture of ships, the process of ship model manufacturing puts higher demands on its method and equipments. Advanced manufacturing technologies should be introduce into the field of ship model shaping, and replace the traditional handcraft method. This dissertation makes an analysis of the actuality and the trend of the ship/mode manufacturing, Based on this, it put forwards a kind of control system of Numerical Control (NC) machine for ship models.In this dissertation, firstly, an analysis is given on the characteristics of the ship model drawings and the manufacture process of wood ship models. The technique parameters, the gross design scheme and the key techniques of the HCM01 mode NC machine for ship models are introduced here.Secondly, this dissertation describes the gross frame of the mechanism, and narrates the designing of the main parts briefly.Thirdly, the dissertation designs the control system of the NC machine for ship models. For the part of hardware, it designs and determines the models of the main electric elements according to the importance degree, which includes the Industrial Computer, the Motion Control Card, the Frequency Conversion System of the Principal Axis, the Step Motor System and the Servo Motor System, here it also gives a compare between the Step Motor System and the Servo Motor System. For the part of software, the dissertation expatiates the flow of data pretreatment, sculpting, CAM, CNC machining for the ship model, and designs the sub-modules that realize the total functions according to the flow chart, the keystone is focused on the ship model sculpting method based on the secondary development function of Unigraphics.As the keystone of the whole work, this dissertation designs the hardware connection between the motion control card and the Industrial Computer, the control system of motors. In the meanwhile, it gives the development of NC machining system for ship model, which is based on the motion control card. The dissertation emphasizes the reality of the control of single-axis, the distinguishing and treatment method of G code, and the multi-axis <WP=6>simultaneous movement control, it also gives the detailed source code.
