【摘要】 企业既是经济实体也是伦理实体,企业的契约特性决定了诚信是企业最重要的伦理品质。而当下社会,以网络化经济为特征的经济全球化以及国内轰轰烈烈的市场经济建设更是对中国企业提出更高的诚信要求。中国诚信文化源远流长,商业历史上也不乏以诚信经营流芳百世的商家。但在现实的商业活动中,诚信缺失的现象比比皆是,给社会、国家带来多方面的危害。一个重要的原因便是在中国特殊的血缘文化、家族文化背景下,诚信观表现出自律性、重义轻利、多用在个人品德中恪守,并局限于家族圈子中实行的特点;与中国相比,西方诚信观产生起便与法律制度、交易关系紧密联系,更多得表现出一种他律性、经济性和广域性。中国传统诚信观赖以存在的社会背景发生了变化,不能完全适应社会的进一步发展,面临着新的转型。如何转型?要进行中国企业诚信建设。一方面,吸收传统文化与现实社会文化进行整合,赋予“诚信”现实内涵,另一方面,将诚信贯彻到现实社会中,这需要政府(社会)与企业的共同努力。对于政府而言,首先应当加强诚信教育,重塑诚信的道德理念与社会风尚,其次应当创造一个良好的市场环境,从制度上保障社会信用体系。对于企业而言,首先要进行企业组织结构伦理建设,另外一方面,对诸如消费者、员工、供应者、竞争者、社区和政府在内的利益相关者做到实际的诚信。企业诚信作为一个伦理要求,需要制度的保障,但并不意味着等同于法律。它是企业自律与他律的统一,是一个以善为价值指向的伦理追求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Business enterprise is not only an economic entity, but also an ethical entity, and its contractual character comes to a decision that the trust is the most important ethical quality. In the modern days, both global economy, which is characterized with network economy, and astounding market economy in domestic development are also to put forward the higher trust request to the Chinese business enterprise. The Chinese trust culture source flows far long, and it does not lack of famous good busyness-man. But in realistic business activity, the phenomenon of the trust imperfection is seen everywhere, giving the society and the nation a lot of loses in many ways. An important reason is that the trust view expresses self-discipline character, heavy righteousness, light benefit, much use to practice in personal moral qualities, and limits in household in the Chinese special blood relationship culture and household culture. Compares to China, the western trust view produces closely with the law system and the relation of the trade. Accordingly, it expresses a kind of heteronomy, economic and wide character. The background of the Chinese traditional trust view changed, so it can’t adapt to the social further development completely, facing the new transformation. How to transform? It should develop trust in Chinese enterprise. On the one hand, it must absorb and integrate the traditional culture and realistic social culture, giving the realistic content to" trust",On the other hand, it must carry through the trust to realistic society, which needs effort of the government(society) together with the business enterprise. For the government, first, it should enhance the trust education, remoulding the morals principle of the trust and social vogue. Second, it should afford a good market environment, guaranteeing a social credit system. For the business enterprise, it should build up inside construction ethical development, also, do actual trust to such as consumer, employee, supply, competition, community, government, and other stakeholders. The business enterprise trust is used as an ethical request, need to be guaranteed institutionally, but can’t equal to the law. It is an autonomic moral aware, in which, business enterprise need self-discipline combined with heteronomy, and an ethical pursue for good in value.更多还原
