旋转机械故障诊断多代理系统的研制

【摘要】 基于多代理的故障诊断技术是机械故障诊断领域研究的热点之一。论文以旋转机械为对象,针对多代理故障诊断系统实现中的若干关键问题进行了较为深入的研究。首先,论文在系统分析三(多)层分布式网络结构的基础上,应用CORBA规范和代理技术,给出了多代理故障诊断系统的体系结构,并在此基础上设计了系统代理的结构。应用中间应用程序层(即诊断控制代理)结构,设计完成了诊断控制中心;通过对传统的神经网络、模糊诊断方法改造,设计完成了BP人工神经网络诊断代理和模糊理论诊断代理。其次,论文对多代理系统的动态联盟方法和策略进行了研究,提出了基于Dempster-Shafer 证据理论进行联盟的方法。论文对Dempster-Shafer理论进行了改进,给出多因素、分层次的证据合成机制,并给出证据经验知识积累和自学习方法。最后,论文应用JAVA(JSP)和CORBA设计完成了旋转机械故障诊断多代理系统,仿真结果和实际应用实例表明,系统是可行和有效的。
【Abstract】 The multi-agent technique is one of the key research topics in the machinery fault diagnosis. During the developing of the machinery fault diagnosis system for the rotating machinery, some key techniques are deeply studied in the paper.Firstly, the three layers distributed network structure is analyzed, and based on the CORBA and agent technique, the multi-agent frame for the system is offered in the paper, and the general structure of the agent in the system is designed also. Futhermore, applying the architecture of middle application program layer, ie the diagnosis control agent, the diagnosis control center is realized in the system; through reconstructing the traditional neural network and fuzzy diagnosis means respectively, BP artifical neural network diagnosis agent and the fuzzy theory diagnosis agent are accomplished in the system. Secondly, the dynamical coalition method and strategy based on the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory are presented in the paper. Some improvements of Dempster-Shafer theory, and multi-factor, layered mechanism are realized in the paper. And the method, accumulating the evidence of experience and self-learning, is provided in the paper.Finally, with JAVA (JSP) and CORBA, the rotating machinery fault multi-agent diagnosis system is designed out in the paper, the emulated result and the example show that the system is effective and feasible..
