水泥混凝土桥面沥青混凝土铺装防水粘结层的性能研究

【摘要】 沥青混凝土桥面病害,尤其是早期病害表明,铺装结构中防水粘结层的设置至关重要。目前,我国在这方面的研究进行得很少,缺乏足够的理论指导和实践经验,设计施工中存在相当的盲目性。本文依托滨州黄河公路大桥,采用有限元力学方法,将混凝土桥面板、纵横向加劲肋和沥青铺装层作为结构整体,建立三维空间模型进行计算,就桥面铺装体系构造、载荷方向及材料性能参数等对桥面结构中各层间层内最大剪应力的影响进行了探讨,找出了最不利剪切状况,为设计施工提供了理论指导。桥面铺装复杂的受力特性对防水粘结材料的物理力学性能提出了严苛的要求。通过室内室外不同试验,比较了三种柔性防水粘结材料,并对试验方法及指标进行探讨,为合理选择防水粘结材料提供了依据。试验再次论证了桥面铺装中铺设防水粘结层的必要性。最后,在大量试验研究的基础上,结合实体工程试验研究,对三种防水粘结材料的施工进行了研究,为防水粘结层施工的实时控制,施工质量的确保提出了相应措施。

【Abstract】 The bridge deck diseases of Asphalt concrete, especially the early damages, indicate a fact that it is important to set the waterproof and cohesive layer in pavement structure. Nowadays in China, little studies on this topic is made, the lack of the theories and practical experience often leads to a considerable blindness result in design and construction stages.Basing on Binzhou Expressway Bridge over Yellow River, in this paper, the finite element mechanics method is taken to establish a space model of 3-dimension and analyze it, in which the bridge deck, longitudinal and transverse strengthening ribs and asphalt pavement work together. Considering the constitution of bridge flooring system, orientation of load, parameters of material performance, etc, the change of shearing strength is studied and the most disadvantage status is obtained. All of these provide theory directions for design and construction.As the complicated characteristic of bridge pavement while under the vehicle load, it is necessary to request an excellent performance of physics and mechanics. On base of different testing, the paper compared the capability of three flexible waterproof and cohesive materials, and at the same time, testing means and evaluating indexes are studied to choose waterproofing material properly. Tests demonstrated again that construction of waterproofing layer is essential. Furthermore, based on the many tests and combined with the field experimentation research in real project, the paper discussed construction of the three kinds of materials, introduced the corresponding measures for real-time control and to insure the construction quality.
