排水性沥青路面排水性能研究与排水设施的设计

【摘要】 目前传统的密级配沥青混凝土路面,所产生的表面径流形成的水膜会导致车辆发生水漂,车轮溅起的水雾在强光照射下会产生眩光,影响车辆的行驶安全。排水性沥青路面具有较高的结构稳定性和较好的抗滑性能,可以保障车辆的行驶安全。目前国内对于排水性路面尚缺乏系统广泛的研究,因此对其排水机理进行研究从而找出提高其排水效能的方法对于这种路面形式的推广应用和今后进一步的研究都是十分重要也是很必要的。本文借鉴了水利学中有关土壤渗流的原理,分析了排水性路面渗流的微观和宏观过程,根据排水性路面的实际边界条件建立了排水性路面排水层渗流的计算模型,利用Boussinesq方程推导出了排水性路面排水层的浸润线方程。以数学的方法对方程中所牵涉到的几个影响因素一一进行分析,分别将它们与排水表层的潜水厚度最大值进行关联,找出了各影响因素对于排水性路面排水效能的影响程度,并在理论上提出了改进排水效能的方法。在考虑路面材料的排水性能的时候不能不考虑这种材料的渗透系数,由于目前国内对于材料渗透系数的试验方法并不适用于大空隙的路面材料,因此,本文基于渗透系数的试验原理自行开发了一套试验设备,并用此设备对大空隙的排水性路面材料进行测定,同时在试验过程中总结出试验的规律并改进了试验方法。在进行了大量的试验和分析之后得到了材料空隙率与渗透系数的关系式。为排水性能的计算和设计提供了依据。为了使理论结果可以应用到实际路面的设计计算中,本文分别对几种不同路面结构形式的内部排水系统排水能力进行计算,并对其附属设施进行了设计。在此基础上本文总结了排水性路面内部排水系统的设计计算方法,并给出算例,可对排水性路面内部排水系统的设计提供参考。最后,本文针对几种特殊路面结构形式提出了几点建议和设想。

【Abstract】 The surface stream can form a piece of film on the traditional dense-graded asphalt pavement, which can cause floating of vehicles. The waterfog bespattered by wheels is dizzy under great-light, which may also affect to safety of driving. The porous asphalt pavement has good stability of construction and preferable function of slide-proof, which can assure driving-safety. At present, there is no systemic and wide-range research on the porous asphalt pavement in China yet. Therefore, study on the mechanism of drainage of this kind of pavement, the method of improving on the function of drainage can be found out consequently. It is very important and necessary to carry on this kind of study for the applying and extending of the porous asphalt pavement. And, it can be reference for farther study aftertime.We use the theories in hydraulics relate on seepage in the soil for reference, analyse the macrocosmic and microcosmic process of seepage in the porous asphalt pavement, found the model of seepage in the draining-layer of the porous asphalt pavement according to the real boundary-condition, derive a equation of soakage-line of the draining-layer making use of the Boussinesq equation, analyse the factors the equation involved one by one with mathematic method and associate the factors together with the maximum of the thickness of groundwater in the draining-layer, find out the extent of effect on the function of drainage of the porous asphalt pavement each factor can cause, afford methods of improving on the function of drainage theoretically.When considering on the function of drainage of some kind of mixture, it has to consider on the infiltration coefficient of this kind of mixture. The method to measure the infiltration coefficient these days in China is not the same with macropores mixture. So, we develop a new set of instruments by ourselves and use them to measure the coefficient of macropores mixture. At the same time, the orderlinesses are summed up during the process of experiments, improvements on measurement are made accordingly. After having numbers of experiments and analyses, the equation of the relationship between interspace-rate and infiltration coefficient is concluded, which afford reference for design and calculation of the function of drainage.To apply the academic result to actual design and calculation, we calculate the drainage ability and design the attaching facilities of some different kinds of construction. The design and calculation of subsurface drainage system of the porous asphalt pavement is concluded accordingly, and the reference and example is afforded.At last, some advices and assumptions are made to some kinds of special construction.
