大跨径钢桥面浇注式沥青混凝土铺装技术研究

【摘要】 浇注式沥青混凝土具有优良的防水、抗老化性能,抗疲劳性能以及对钢桥面板优良的追从性,其在国外应用于桥面铺装已有多年的历史。当前,我国大跨径桥梁建设事业迅猛发展,研究适合我国国情的大跨径钢桥面浇注式沥青混凝土铺装技术具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文结合润扬长江公路大桥南汊桥钢桥面铺装研究课题,借鉴国外的成功经验,特别是德国浇注式沥青混凝土铺装的研究成果,采用室内试验、理论分析与室外试验桥试验研究相结合的方法,深入研究适合我国气候交通特征的浇注式沥青混凝土钢桥面铺装技术,提出了我国润扬大桥南汊桥浇注式沥青混凝土铺装的推荐方案,并且研究的成果已在江阴大桥实桥试验段工程中得到成功地应用。论文运用有限元方法,对我国的江阴长江公路大桥和土耳其的博斯普鲁斯海峡大桥的浇注式沥青铺装层进行力学计算与对比分析,分析表明重载、超载交通和高温气候是影响浇注式沥青混凝土铺装成功的重要因素。论文参照我国现行沥青技术规范、美国SUPERPAVE沥青结合料规范以及SHRP战略沥青计划,通过大量系统的室内试验研究,比选了五种改性沥青和四种普通石油沥青,得出SBS壳牌克裂王改性沥青具有优良的性能,是一种理想的基质沥青。论文在深入分析国外浇注式沥青混凝土配合比设计关键要素的基础上,提出了适合我国国情的浇注式沥青的配合比设计方法和试验评价指标。通过刘埃尔流动度试验、高温车辙试验、低温极限弯曲试验、劈裂试验、冻融劈裂试验以及复合梁疲劳试验,推荐了润扬大桥南汊桥浇注式沥青混凝土铺装方案,研发的新型浇注式沥青混凝土既保留了原有的各项传统优点,又大幅提高了混合料的高温稳定性。最后,论文通过铺筑润扬大桥试验桥,对适合于我国大跨径钢桥面浇注式沥青混凝土铺装的施工技术进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The gussasphalt concrete has good performances,such as water protection, fatigue resistance and bonding ability with steel deck.As steel deck surfacing material, it has been used for many years at abroad. With the rapid development of long-span bridges in China, to make extensive study of the surfacing structures and properties of the gussasphalt has an important theoretical value and expansive application. Aiming at the research project on the steel deck surfacing of Southern Branch Bridge of Runyang Yangtze River Bridge in China, referencing the overseas successful experience especially in German,and using the method of the laboratorial tests,mechanical analysis and field trials,the thesis studies deeply the gussasphalt pavement technology on the steel deck which adapts to the special climate and traffic character in China. The paper presents the gussasphalt pavement project for Southern Branch Bridge of Runyang Yangtze River Bridge. The research results have been successfully applied in the trial section of repair project of Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge.Analyzing the classical suspension bridges of Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge in China and Bosporus Channel Suspension Bridge in Turkey by the finite element method,the author concludes that the special overload heavy traffic and the sustained high temperature in summer are the main factors which affects the service performances of gussasphalt pavement in China.According to the Chinese new asphalt technical criterion,SUPERPAVE asphalt binder criterion and SHRP tactic asphalt project, the author compares the properties of five kinds of modified asphalt and four types of common oil bitumen by laboratorial tests,and suggests that the SHELL Cariphalt which modified by SBS polymer is adopted as the basal bitumen for gussasphalt binder.By drawing lessons from the gussasphalt mixture design at abroad, the author presents the design method and test evaluation of the gussasphalt. The suitable asphalt surfacing has been proposed for Southern Branch Bridge of Runyang Yangtze River Bridge. By the series of tests such as the Lueer test, high temperature rut test, high point bending test, indirect tensile test, freezing and thawing splitting test, and fatigue test of composite beam, the new type gussasphalt presented not only retains the existed goodness but also has better high-temperature stability.In the end,the author studies the construction technique for the long-span steel deck gussasphalt pavement by paving the trial bridge.
