知识型企业生命体知识资源优化配置研究

【摘要】 随着知识经济的兴起和信息技术的发展,出现了以知识为基础的,由多种领域专家组成的知识型企业。面临激烈的生存与发展竞争,知识型企业的主要特征和运作机理已显著不同于传统企业,知识资源上升为企业构建核心竞争力的主要要素,知识资源的优化配置过程成为知识型企业实现生存与发展目标的关键环节。本文基于知识型企业生命体模型,分别对知识型企业知识资源的共享激励机制、优化配置策略以及优化配置方式进行了研究。知识型企业智能单元间的知识共享激励研究主要运用了博弈论方法,以一定的信任关系为基础,得到的主要结论有:建立知识共享收益与风险相对平衡的激励机制、培养真诚合作的企业文化以及提高智能单元间的信任水平。在此基础上,本文对知识型员工间以及知识型企业与外部环境间的知识共享也作了相应的激励策略分析。知识型企业作为一种生命体,其知识资源配置过程应遵循生命体的一般发展规律,因此,我们分别运用生命体自组织理论和生命周期理论对知识资源的优化配置策略进行了研究。最后,本文结合使用Multi-Agent建模工具和Swarm仿真工具对知识型企业生命体知识资源的配置方式进行研究,比较了不同系统状态下自组织方式与中央集权方式的优缺点,主要结论为:自组织型方式实现均衡总产出的速度较快,即优化配置效率相对较高;在一定的资源短缺情况下,自组织方式有助于提高系统的效率;此外,存在规模扩张时,自组织方式的扩张速度明显大于中央集权方式。但自组织方式也存在缺点,它的总产出波动较大,并且当资源瓶颈超出一定范围时,会因无法实现均衡发展而导致死亡,此时,中央集权方式将成为知识资源的优化配置方式。
【Abstract】 With the development of Knowledge-Economy and information technology, the new organization——knowledge-based enterprise which is based on knowledge and consists of multi-field experts came into being. Facing of intensive competition, knowledge-based enterprise differs from tradition enterprise in main characters, operation system, and etc. In it, knowledge is one of the main factors in building the core competence, and the optimal allocation of knowledge resource becomes the key process in realizing the organization’s goal.Based on the knowledge-based enterprise organism model, this paper mainly studies three issues. They are, (1) research of the knowledge sharing stimulation system; (2) analysis of the tactics in optimal allocation of knowledge; (3) research of the method of optimal allocation of knowledge. In the first one, the knowledge-sharing stimulation system among intelligent units is emphatically studied by using game theory. There are three main conclusions: (1) balancing the profit and the risk in knowledge sharing; (2) forming the honest enterprise air; (3) raising the confidence among the intelligent units. Then, as an organism, knowledge-based enterprise should make its operation system obey the common developing rules of organism. Therefore, we study the tactics in optimal allocation of knowledge on the dependence of the self-organize theory and the theory of enterprise lifecycle. In the last one, modeling tool “Multi-Agent” and emluator “Swarm” are used to compare two different methods of optimal allocation of knowledge resource. The two methods are “self-organize” and “center-control”, and they both have advantages and disadvantages in different situations. When the organization is lacking in resource in a range, the method “self-organize” is better than the method “center-control”. But when the shortage goes beyond a lever, “self-organize” may lead to the enterprise’s death. Furthermore, the output of “self-organize” is usually higher, but varies greater as well.
