带牛腿钢框架平面内稳定分析

【摘要】 离心铸造钢管是一种新型的钢管,近年来开始应用于建筑工程中。离心铸造钢管在用作带牛腿钢框架的柱时,柱的结构型式为等直径柱,且柱与牛腿和钢梁的连接均采用直通隔板式连接,国内目前还没有对带牛腿离心铸造钢管柱框架性能的研究报告。为了能详尽地了解所研究框架的性能,本文采用高等分析方法来研究带牛腿离心铸造钢管柱框架的平面内稳定性能。根据固体力学大变形理论,本文采用三维实体等参元,推导了几何非线性有限元增量平衡方程,并讨论了非线性方程的线性化方法以及整体平衡方程的形成。在此基础上,本文讨论了大变形情况下的弹塑性本构关系,弹塑性增量平衡方程、弹塑性状态的确定以及弹塑性本构关系的渐近积分。本文还讨论了大型线性方程组的解法以及刚度矩阵的存储方法等。在前述理论的基础上,本文采用三维实体等参单元,按塑性区方法编制了能求解钢框架稳定承载力的程序,该程序可以利用荷载增量法考虑框架结构的几何非线性效应和弹塑性性能。利用所编程序,本文分别对牛腿及其与柱连接节点的局部区域和框架整体两个层面的性能进行研究。在进行牛腿局部区域性能研究时,比较了不同竖向荷载偏心距的影响,进行了直通隔板与环箍两种不同连接方式的比较以及比较了一些其它因素的影响。在对框架整体进行研究时,考虑不同的荷载组合对框架极限承载力的影响。通过算例分析,得到了一些有益的结论,同时验证了理论的合理性和程序的正确性。
【Abstract】 Centrifugal cast steel tube is a new kind of steel tube, which has began being applied inconstructions recently. When centrifugal cast steel tube is used as column of frame with bracket,the column is prismatic. The beam-to-column joint uses perforation diaphragm in frame whichcolumn is centrifugal cast steel tube. These modus operandi differ from the modus operandi inChina. There have been little research on the frame with centrifugal cast steel tube column. Thispaper will do research on the performance of in-plane stability of this kind of frame. Plastic-zone method is used to study the in-plane stability performance of this kind offrame, and load increment method is adopted to analyze the non-linear process of frame bearingloads. On the base of large deformation theory in solid mechanics, three-dimensionalisoparametric solid element is introduced, and equation of balance of non-linear geometrical finiteelement increment is concluded, the method of linearization of non-linear equation and the buildof unitary balance equation is discussed. The elastic-plastic constitutive relation under largedeformation and elastic-plastic increment balance equation and the judgement of elastic-plasticstate and the gradual integral of elastic-plastic constitutive relation is discussed. This article alsodiscusses the solution of big linear equation group and the means of memory of stiff matrix. On the foundation of these above theories, the program that can get the ultimatebearing-load capacity is developed by using three-dimensional isoparametric solid element.Non-linear geometrical effect and elasto-plasticity can be taken into account in the program. The ultimate bearing-load capability of frame and local zone consists of bracket and joint isstudied respectively by making use of program. When the capability of local zone is underresearch, effect of different vertical load eccentricity on the capability is considered, the twodifferent connect ways of perforation diaphragm and hoop is compared and some other factors arealso considered. The influence of different load cases on the capability of frame is taken intoaccount, while the frame is being studied. Through analysis of some examples, some usefulconclusions are got and the rationality of theory and the validity of program is validated.
