高速公路沥青路面养护辅助决策研究

【摘要】 上世纪八十年代以来,高等级公路建设取得了突飞猛进的发展,其中高速公路沥青路面建设正处在空前的高速增长时期。高速公路沥青路面在经受繁重的轴载负荷和密集交通量的反复作用的同时,还经受气候、环境的影响。路面使用品质呈逐年下降的趋势,有时还会出现裂缝、车辙、沉陷等破损病害。保持优良的路面使用品质是高速公路为车辆提供高速、畅通和舒适行车的重要保障。高速公路沥青路面的养护发挥着至关重要的作用。论文首先简单介绍了高速公路使用性能数据类型和调查方法,然后以调查数据为基础,分别以数学规划和马尔可夫原理建立高速公路沥青路面的使用性能评价模型和路面性能预测模型。在上述研究的基础上,建立了高速公路沥青路面的养护决策模型。针对高速公路养护管理系统的决策是多个定量定性因素共同作用形成的多目标决策问题,在网级决策模型中,采用目标规划的基本原理,分别给各因素以适当的权重,再根据相应的约束条件,建立网级决策模型;在项目级决策模型中,采用改进优劣系数法的基本原理,建立沥青路面养护改建对策集,综合考虑各指标间的影响,合理的分配权值,将多个决策因素进行综合考虑得到一个优劣系数,建立项目集决策模型。论文还阐述了通过经济指标来进行养护决策资金的优化分配。首先分析了经济评价的各种方法,然后以高速公路养护决策过程中普遍采用的经济指标(净现值(NPV)和内部收益率(IRR))来说明在各种不同情况下资金的优化分配。
【Abstract】 Since 1980s, the construction of freeways has developed rapidly. As a result of heavy traffic and the influence of climate and environment, the serviceability of freeway asphalt pavements has fallen year after year. The distresses such as cracking, rutting, sinkage appear on some section of freeways. So the fine pavement serviceability is the important guarantee of the speedy straightway and comfortable traveling. The maintenance of freeway plays a vital role in prolonging life of asphalt pavements.Firstly, the paper introduces service performance data type and investigation method of freeway. Then based on the survey data, service Performance Evaluation Model and Performance Predicting Model are constructed separately making use of mathematical programming and Markov analysis.Based on above study, Maintenance Decision-making model of freeway is presented. Decision-making model of freeway maintenance and management system is a mulitive objective problem which is subjected to a few qualitative and quantitative elements. In order to solve the problem, Network-level Decision-making Model and Project-level Decision-making Model are built separately basing goal programming principal and improved superior-inferior coefficient method principal.Besides, the paper gives the method to optimize maintenance decision making fund allocation, and Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return are chosen as evaluation factors to illustrate the fund allocation under different circumstances.
