面向DCS应用的软件集成与控制技术的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机、通信、控制等技术的不断进步,分布式控制系统(DCS)得到了快速的发展,广泛应用于工业生产过程与其他领域。论文以红霉素发酵过程控制系统应用为主要背景,论述了分布式控制系统的概念、基本结构、功能与特征,分析了作为DCS应用基本组成部分的组态软件的原理、特征与实时数据库技术,并讨论了面向 DCS 的各种集成技术的应用。文中以 Honeywell公司的PLANTSCAPE 控制系统应用为例,论述了 VBScript 脚本语言在监控软件中的应用,剖析了专用应用程序接口API 与 Network API 技术与其程序实现,并在程序实现的基础上给出了分析总结。针对标准接口OPC 技术的应用,论文论述了OPC 对象及其两种访问接口,给出了应用程序的开发步骤与具体的程序实现。作为DCS与软件集成技术的典型应用,本文重点论述了红霉素发酵过程控制系统的设计方案,分析了控制组态与监控组态的应用,最后详细说明了基于神经网络的软测量与第三方应用软件的设计与实现。

【Abstract】 With the advancement of computer technology, communication technology, control technology and other high technologies, distributed control system(DCS) develops quickly ,with extensive applications in industry production process and other areas. The analyses and implementation applications of DCS software integration and control technologies are presented in this paper.The concept, basic structure, functions and characteristics of distributed control system are explained briefly with the erythromycin fermentation process control system in the background. Then real time database and characteristics of configuration software are analyzed. The applications of DCS-oriented integration technologies are also discussed.Based on PLANTSCAPE control system of Honeywell Corp, the application of VBScript language is proposed, the specific Application Programming Interface (API) and Network API technologies and application realization are analyzed with a comparison given upon the realization of the program. As a more open interfacing approach, a new interface technology OLE for Process Control (OPC) is introduced. And analyses for OPC objects and two access interfaces are given, with sample program tests conducted and steps of the development of the application programming and realization summarized. As typical applications of software integration, the design of the erythromycin fermentation process control system is analyzed and the applications of control and supervisory configuration are discussed, upon which design and realization of soft-sensor based on neural network and the third party application are presented in detail.
