【摘要】 建设项目全寿命期的信息共享问题是建设领域信息化的关键工作。工程项目的建设过程持续时间长、信息量大,在项目参与各方中往往存在严重的信息不对称和信息缺失的现象,导致建设过程中效率和准确性降低等问题的出现。利用信息技术结合工程基础实现建设项目的信息化管理给建设项目带来的是信息资源的共享、社会资源的优化使用、决策准确性和效率的提高,对独立的项目和企业乃至于整个社会都大有裨益。论文首先分析了建设项目的外部关联环境系统和基本信息流程特征,探讨了信息分类和编码方法以及信息采集制度的建立。继而在文章的核心部分对项目全寿命期的各阶段信息进行分析研究,内容包括:以项目建设单位为主体描述项目全寿命期中的工作流程;明确项目建设过程中,参与各方对项目信息的具体需求以及项目建设各阶段的具体信息流程;并从项目管理层面论述如何通过对各类信息的利用进行项目目标控制和管理。文章主要以工程实际信息为研究对象,最终希望结合信息技术建立项目的信息管理系统,并借助网络技术实现建设项目全寿命期的信息集成管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of all-life-cycle information sharing in construction project is always a key work of the research on construction informationalization. The construction process of the project commonly holds a long period with large numbers of information formed. Asymmetry and missing of information inevitably occurs among the project participators, which lead to low efficiency and veracity. The informationalization management of construction project has the superiority to share the information resource and improve the efficiency of project. It is beneficial to a single project or the enterprise even the whole society.Firstly the outer relationship system and the information flow of project are analyzed in the paper. And the information classification coding and collection methods are discussed subsequently. In the main part of the paper, researches on different stages information of project are carried on, which include the contents of describing the project workflow, analyzing the information demands of different project participators, discussing the specific information flow of construction stages, and using project information to achieve the project object management.The emphases on this paper are put on the analyses of actual engineering practice. The finally purpose of the research is to found an information management system with Information Technology and ultimately constitute an integrated management system with network.更多还原
