嵌入式旋转机械状态监测系统的研制

【摘要】 嵌入式技术的迅猛发展,使得研制具有自监测能力的智能化机械设备成为热点。本文在现有状态监测系统的基础上,根据嵌入式系统的自身特点,对嵌入式状态监测系统的总体结构及其实现的关键技术进行了较为深入的研究。针对嵌入式系统资源有限的特点,本文通过使用先进的嵌入式操作系统,结合数字信号处理器技术,采用主从式结构来构造状态监测系统,实现了数据采集、运算及数据通信的并行执行,使系统具有较好的实时性和可靠性。系统在硬件和软件的实现上均采用了可维护性设计方法,满足了系统远程维护、升级的要求,提高了系统的柔性,使系统框架结构具有较好的开放性、可移植性和通用性。对DSP系统实现的关键技术进行了研究,包括DSP定点数值计算、DSP的C和汇编语言的混合编程以及引导装载系统设计,满足了状态监测系统对数据采集、处理的性能要求。对嵌入式Linux系统的开发模式进行了探索,包括嵌入式Linux操作系统的定制、Linux内核编程技术的研究以及嵌入式Linux应用软件开发技术的研究,为实现高性能的嵌入式状态监测系统打下了坚实的基础。对系统网络通信中的关键技术进行了研究,在充分利用网络资源的基础上,保证了网络通信的实时性和可靠性,实现了数据传输的机密性和完整性,增强了系统的扩展性和稳定性。最后,将嵌入式状态监测系统应用在转子试验台的工况监测中,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Due to the rapid development of embedded technologies, developing intelligentized mechanical equipments with self-monitoring ability is becoming one of the most attractive research topics. On the basis of existing condition monitoring systems, the architecture of the embedded condition monitoring system and key issues in its realization are studied in this paper with respect to the characteristics of embedded system.Given the characteristic in limited resources of embedded system, advanced embedded operating system (OS) and digital signal processor (DSP) technology are employed to construct condition monitoring system by the C/S framework, which realize the concurrent execution among data acquisition, calculation and communication. The results validate the real-time ability and reliability for condition monitoring.The system design realizes maintainability both in hardware and software, which achieve the objective of remote system maintenance and upgrade. The designed system has opening, transplantation and universality with high flexibility.The key issues in DSP system realization are studied in the paper, including DSP fixed-point numerical caculation, mixed-programming technique and boot loader design, which fulfills the performance requirements of data acquisition and processing.The developing mode of embedded Linux system is discussed in the paper, including customization of Linux OS, kernel-programming technology based on Linux and development technology of application software based on embedded Linux, which realize high performance system.The key issues in network communication are studied in the paper. On the basis of sufficient utilization of network resource, the real-time and reliability of network communication are achieved together with encryption and integrality of data transmission, which improve the system expansibility and stability.Finally, as an example, the embedded condition monitoring system is applied to rotor test-bed condition monitoring. The result shows the system is effective and feasible.
