利用卫星遥感图象进行闽江水口库区的动态变化监测及环境评价

【摘要】 遥感技术是进行土地利用变化动态监测、发现土地利用变化区域的重要手段。本文利用多时相的 TM/ETM+卫星遥感图象,采用后分类法对 1986 年、1994年和 2000 年三期遥感图象的土地利用进行动态监测,并提取出土地利用变化信息,再进一步利用数学建模来综合分析研究区 1986-2000 年间土地利用变化的时空特征。从变化分析的结果可知水口库区的土地利用状况在建设前后发生了巨大变化,表现在林地面积急剧减少;水域面积迅速增加;城乡建设用地、耕地和裸地等土地利用类型发生了不同程度的变化。在此基础上,分析并揭示研究区土地利用变化的内在机制。 水口水电站建设后,库区回水淹没涉及南平市延平区、古田、尤溪、闽清等 4 个县(区)的 16 个乡、89 个村,147 个自然村。移民点主要分布于库岸两侧。水口水电站的建设、移民安置的完成及其后来经济的发展,使库区发生了一系列的变化,这些变化势必引起库区生态、环境等各方面的变化。因此本文在对研究区土地利用分析的基础上再对专题进行分析。本文专题分析主要包括:1)运用密度分割法分析研究区内闽江悬浮泥沙分布情况,运用红绿法监测闽江岸线的动态变化特征,分析表明,研究区内 1986-2000 年闽江水口库区水体浑浊度明显增加,岸线明显向河流两旁扩张;2)运用掩膜法提取出库区范围,并对库区动态变化进行分析;3)运用景观格局分析法对研究区生态环境进行分析评价,同时对库区移民搬迁后环境进行评价分析;4)运用图象增强和图象变换来研究湾口附近区域的断层构造,发现湾口附近断层增多,这为水库诱发地震提供有利条件。
【Abstract】 Remote Sensing technology is very important for monitoring land use changeand detecting land use changes. In this paper we use three temporal LandsatTM/ETM+ images to detect land use change of Shoukou Reservoir in mid-MinjiangRiver of Fujian Province with post-classification method. Land use change areas areextracted with post-classification method. For further study on the temporal andspatial characteristic of land use changes in the study area from 1986 to 2000, themathematical methods are established. The analysis of the change informationindicates that land use in the study area had changed greatly during the study period.The area of forest decreased greatly; on the other hand the area of water increasedgreatly. Built-up land, agriculture land and bare land also changed. Then we explorethe inherent mechanism in the study area witch caused the changes. Shuikou Reservoir was built in 1987 and has inundated 16 towns, 89 villages,147 natural villages, belonging to Yanping District of Nanping City, Gutian County,Youxi County and Minqing County since the Shuikou Reservoir was construction.The immigrant residents were mainly distributed along two sides of Minjiang River.The ecology and environment of Shuikou Reservoir changed dramatically. In orderto analyze these changes, we process thematic analysis after land use changedetection has been done. Thematic studies involve: 1) using density slicing method toanalyze distribution of Minjiang River suspended sediment, and using Red-Greenmethod to detect the dynamic changes of Minjiang River; 2) extracting inundatedarea of Shuikou Reservoir with mask-out method. After this we get land use changetypes of inundated areas and analyze dynamic changes of the Reservoir; 3) usinglandscape spatial patternanalysis method to assess ecologic environment of the study II<WP=4>area, and assess Shuikou Reservoir environment affected by the construction of theShoukou Reservoir; 4) useing image enhancement and image transformationmethods to study fracture texture of Wankou area to assess the Reservoir inducedearthquake, as Shuikou Reservoir has arose earthquake frequently.
