基于XML Web服务和工作流的跨部门应用集成模型研究

【摘要】 随着互联网技术的迅速发展,我国社会信息化程度日益提高。特别是在各级部门的大力推动下,政府部门的信息化建设取得了很好的效果,但是就总体来看仍存在着部门业务系统之间各自为政、互不沟通、重复建设,难以做到信息共享和业务协作等问题。如何解决这些问题,已成为切实推进政府信息化建设的当务之急。本论文以福建省进出口领域企业基础信息交换平台的建设为应用背景,围绕着如何通过信息交换平台,在实现不同部门的应用系统之间数据交换和共享的基础上,探索如何实现协同政务的目标展开研究与探讨。作者在认真分析了目前国内外解决该相关领域问题的几种典型技术的基础上,结合本课题的实际应用背景,提出了一种基于XML、Web服务和工作流技术的跨平台、跨部门的应用集成模型。文章中对模型涉及的核心技术进行了深入地论述,并对模型实现的若干关键技术进行了详细地分析。在该模型中,通过XML统一数据交换标准,利用其良好的结构性和平台无关性作为信息交换的载体,实现跨平台的异构数据交换;各部门的业务系统通过功能暴露被封装成Web服务的形式,基于XML及其系列技术的Web服务完全屏蔽了不同实现平台的差异,不同应用之间可以通过标准协议进行互操作,从而高效、方便地实现了跨部门应用集成;利用面向服务的工作流技术可以将Internet环境下的Web服务进行有效组合和集成,从而构造出跨越多个部门的复杂业务流程,实现跨部门的业务协作。最后,文本采用BizTalk做为企业应用集成服务平台,设计出了该系统模型的实现框架,并通过一个模拟实例来分析和验证其可行性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of internet technology, the extent of social information is improving day by day in our country. Especially popularized by all levels of governments, our governmental information construction has made quiet great progress. But as a whole, there are also many problems, for example, the business systems of different departments are doing things in their own ways, many of them are constructed repeatedly and do not communicate with each other, so they are difficult to promise information sharing and business collaboration. How to solve these problems has become an urgency for government to carry information construction into execution. This thesis sets the construction of enterprises’ basic information exchange platform in import and export fields in Fujian province as a background, depending on the realization of information exchange and sharing among different departments’ application systems, it also studies and discusses the problem that how to achieve the aim of governmental business collaboration through the information exchange platform. After analyzing several typical technologies that are relevant to this studying field and according to the character of this studying background, this thesis proposes a multi-platform and inter-department application integration model, which is based on XML, Web Service and workflow technology. This thesis makes a deep discussion on core technologies involved in the model and a detailed analysis of several key techniques which realize the model. In this model, XML is the unified standard of data exchange. We can solve the problem of heterogeneous information exchange in multi-platform by using XML as a carrier of information exchange because it is well-formed and platform independent. Every department’s business systems exposed different functions are wrapper as web services. Based on XML and its serial of technologies, web service shields the difference of realization platform completely and all kinds of applications can operate each other by the standard protocol so that realize the application integration effectively and conveniently in inter-departments Using workflow technology based on service, Web services in Internet can be combined and integrated efficiently so that helps us to construct complex business process and realize the inter-departmental <WP=4>business collaboration. Finally, this thesis designs an implementary framework by using BizTalk as enterprise application integrated service platform and makes a stimulant example to verify the feasibility of this implement framework.
