【摘要】 当前经济发达国家对城市河流的整治，已经摒弃经济高速发展时期所形成的“唯效率主义”河流管理观念，而是进行河流回归自然的改造，注重河流自然生态和自然环境的恢复和保护，已进入“生态水利”或“环境水利”的高层次管理，。 本文通过借鉴国内外对城市河流整治的成功经验，以生态城市和生态恢复理论为指导，针对济南市玉绣河水环境治理进行了分析与论证，初步探索了济南市玉绣河水环境治理的生态模式。研究过程中，对玉绣河水环境污染现状进行了调查，分析了对玉绣河造成水质污染的点源性污染源和非点源性污染源以及其他污染成因。在参考了济南市园林规划设计院对玉绣河治理工程设计方案后，发现在以工程措施为主导的治理方案的指导下，尚无法实现玉绣河生态环境的可持续性，会造成后续管理工作上的困难。为此，笔者力图在生态恢复学思想的指引之下，探索一条适合玉绣河水环境治理的优化方案。 文中首先结合玉绣河水环境的现状，提出理想方案，即从面、线、点三个方面详细提出更适合于济南市玉绣河治理的生态措施，其中包括总体水系规划、线状河道生态设计(控制河流污染，使污水资源化措施；扩大滨水空间，加强空气环流；生态驳岸设计；河底纵断面生态设计；绿色廊道的设计)、局部生态湖泊和生态池塘的设计(浅水区水生植物的生态设计、滨水区生态恢复设计、湖岸生态恢复设计、生态池塘的生态设计等)。然后对方案的生态效应进行水质和绿地两方面的样方抽样分析，据此对济南市玉绣河水环境治理优化方案的生态效应进行了评价与讨论。其中包括对玉绣河水质的改善、对两岸绿地生态效应的改善以及对城市生态环境的改善三方面。 本文对玉绣河水环境治理提出的优化方案及其研究方法，也将对其它城市的河流整治工程有所借鉴，促进对河流工程治理的思维方式的转变，对建立具有健康生态系统的城市河流，对建设社会——经济——生态复合的生态城市的规划与设计具有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The developed countries have abandoned the " only efficiency doctrine" for river management .Today they take emphasize on the natural environment and the ecological renovation of the city river .The theory of ecological city and ecological renovation will be used In this article.In order to find anecological project for the renovation of the Jinan’s city river-- Yuxiu River, the reference to thesuccessful experiences for administering city rivers which are made by western countries and our country are firstly put forward.And then.in the course,something are made out as fellows: (1) introduce the polluted river environment and analyze the courses;(2)introduce the design for the renovation of Yuxiu River which is made by the Research Institute of Landscape Architechure Planning and Designing of Jinan;(3)find out an ecological renovation pattern for Yuxiu River, such as the measures of controlling the pollution of the river ,enlarging the place of the bank, the design of the ecological revetment and the green gallery.the design of the ecological lakes and ponds and so on. At Iast,there come to the evaluation of the ecological renovation pattern for the Yuxiu River.The ecological renovation pattern for the Yuxiu River will improve the city river management, change the principle of the city river project .It’s anticipated that this pattern has great importance in establishing the city river’s healthy ecosystem , building society - economy - the ecology complexed city.更多还原
