【摘要】 随着科学技术的进步和人们生活水平的提高，消费者对产品多样化和个性化的要求越来越高，由此导致产品生命周期日益缩短，更新换代速度加快，被人们淘汰和废弃的物品也越来越多。与此同时，随着人们的环保意识不断增强，环保法规日益完善，企业界也不得不认真审视废弃物品的处理问题。于是，逆向物流业务应运而生，并日渐成为理论界和企业界关注的热点。 逆向物流活动的开展，无疑给企业提出了更高的要求。企业要投入大量的人力、物力、财力，而且有可能在生产能力、技术力量、人员素质等方面存在欠缺和不足。和企业自身相比，第三方逆向物流企业有更强的专业性，它可以将企业的逆向物流业务规范化、集中化、减少运营风险，提高运作效率。 目前对于逆向物流网络构建方面的研究很少，尤其在第三方物流企业的参与下，如何构建企业的逆向物流网络，这个问题几乎无人涉及。所以对企业来讲如何对企业逆向物流网络的构建进行决策，以及第三方逆向物流企业如何为企业构建逆向物流网络等问题的研究，不仅具有重大的理论意义，还有指导实践的现实意义。 本文正是基于上述背景，在国际物流专门人士对逆向物流管理的理论和实践的基础上，首先对逆向物流的研究现状、概念、操作等相关内容进行了介绍，并指出了对于大多数企业而言，第三方逆向物流是今后企业逆向物流的发展趋势；然后站在企业的角度探讨了如何对企业逆向物流业务外包做出决策，并利用层次分析法来解决如何对第三方逆向物流服务提供商进行选择这个问题；紧接着就在研究了逆向物流系统结构的基础上，站在第三方逆向物流企业的角度分析构建了第三方逆向物流网络；最后对第三方逆向物流企业的信息系统进行了分析设计。 本文在第三方逆向物流网络构建的研究中，利用混合整数规划模型具体描述了可直接再利用物品和可拆卸再加工物品的逆向物流网络构建，具体描述了对仓库的位置、数量、单位运营费用、处理能力的处理；计划区域内应设置拆解中心的操作；拆解中心的地理位置；拆解中心的处理能力；各拆解中心从哪些回收点进行回收，向哪几个工厂运送处理后的回收产品以及零部件等具体问题进行了详细的描述，并给出相应的算例，分析了模型的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advancement of science and technology and with the improvement of people’s life level, consumer’s requirements about product’s diversification and individuation are more and more high. Therefore, the product’s life cycle is increasingly shortened, and the speed of product’s renew is more quickly than before. So people eliminate and abandon more product than before. At the same time, with people strengthen their consciousness of environmental protection and with the environmental projection laws is increasingly perfect, enterprise field have to seriously deal with the problem of how to handle the abandoned products. Hence, the reverse logistics be seen as a new research field which emerge as the times require, and gradually become a hot issue which attract great attention from the field of theories and enterprises.The improvement of reverse logistics, doubtlessly bring up higher request for ’ enterprises. They must input a large quantity of manpower, material resources and financial power, but they may exist deficiency and shortage in the aspect of production ability, technique power and personnel character. Compared with enterprises themselves, the enterprises of the third party reverse logistics are more professional; they can standardize and centralize the operation of reverse logistics, reduce the risk of management, and improve the efficiency of operation.At the present time, the researches about how to set up the network of reverse logistics are very few, especially under the participation of the enterprises of the third party reverse logistics. And this problem almost unmanned involve. Therefore, to enterprises the problem about how to make decision about the construction of their network of reverse logistics, and to the enterprises of the third party reverse logistics the problem about they how to help enterprises to construct the network are not only have important academic value but also have great realistic meaning to guide the practice.This paper is exactly according to above background, on the basis of the theories and practices which received from the international professional personage’s management of enterprises’ reverse logistics. The paper firstly introduce the research actuality, conception and operation about reverse logistics, and point out that to most of the enterprises the third party reverse logistics is the trend of the development of reverse logistics. Then stand on the aspect ofenterprises analysis the affected factors when enterprises decide how to operate their services of reverse logistics, and give the block diagram about it. On the basis of this, the paper research how to set up index system, and how to filter candidate enterprises step by step, then use analytic hierarchy process to make the last decision. Close behind the paper research the structure of reverse logistics’ network, and stand on the aspect of enterprises of the third party reverse logistics analysis how to construct the third party reverse logistics’ network. At the last, the paper analysis and design the management information system for the third party.In the research of how to construct the network of the third party, the paper use the method of mixture integral program to describe how to construct the reverse logistics of the products which can directly reuse and which can take down and re-machining. And set forth how to deal with the problem of warehouse’s position, quantity, unit management expenses, the handle ability, the operation in the disassemble center, position, ability;. every disassemble center receive whose recovery products, and transport the handled products and parts to which enterprise.
