【摘要】 随着我国大中城市国际化进程的加快，建立一个高效的现代城市物流系统已成为加速城市发展必须解决的问题。发展现代城市物流是建设国际化城市的必然选择，特别是经济结构具有明显外向型特征的大、中型城市，更加需要建设一个现代城市物流系统。本文的主要目的就是研究大中城市与现代物流的协调发展，以促进城市经济的发展和现代物流业的进一步发展，从而实现双赢。 本文首先简述了目前国内外大中城市与现代物流发展的现状、发展趋势以及在发展过程中存在的问题，并分析了它们协调发展的影响因素，提出了二者要想真正实现协调发展必须建立在大中城市的优先发展，特别是建立在城市交通优先发展的基础之上。 接着，提出并详细分析了基于物流理念的大中城市发展与以城市为依托的现代物流协调发展的一系列合理措施：(1)解决基础设施资源整合和能力、功能配套问题；解决技术装备落后和效率低下的问题；解决管理分散、协调性差，社会化服务水平低的问题；解决物流人才培养、吸引和物流信息化、标准化问题；(2)解决大中城市发展现代物流业的企业机遇问题和城市发展现代物流业的支撑环境问题等等。 最后，从理论上提出并详细构建了它们协调发展的可行性方案：在发挥城市现有基础设施功能的基础之上，根据现代物流业的发展进行大中城市的规划和建设，特别是在充分发挥城市功能的前提下利用先进的技术发展城市交通网络，为发展现代物流打下坚实的基础；在城市外围区布置大型的物流园区，城市中心区以配送车辆运行为主，在此两者中间布置各类的物流中心和配送中心的“物流园区——物流中心——配送中心”模式解决现代城市物流，为城市规划和发展起导向作用，从而实现大中城市与现代物流协调发展，促进城市经济发展。同时，进行了案例实证。更多还原

【Abstract】 We must resolve the problem of establishing an efficiently modern city logistics system in the clause of accelerating city development along with quick internationalization progress of the big-middle city in our country. It’s an inevitable choice of international city in developments that develop the modern city logistics, especially the big-middle city whose economic construction has obviously extrovert type characteristic need to build a modern city logistics system. The main purpose of this text is to study coordinative development between modern logistics and big-middle city, to promote the economic development of city, and to further develop the modern logistics industry, thus to realize their two-wins.At first, this text explains the present condition of developments, developing trend and problem exited in their developmental process between the big-middle city and the modern logistics in the current domestic and international. Then, we analyze their influent factors of their coordinative development, and put forward to the condition of the coordinative development that is really realized: they must be established by the initiative development in the big-middle city, and especially by the initiative development of the city transportation.The second, we analysis by detail and put forward to a series of reasonable measures of their coordinative developments between big-middle cities and modern logistics:(The basic of big-middle cities is according to lots of logistics principles and the foundation of the modern logistics relies on the city.)(l) The solution of problems that resources of foundation facilities are integrated with their abilities and function match problem, and the solution of problems that technique material falls behind and lower efficiency, and the solution of problems that scatter of our management and lower levels in service, and the solution of problems that we educate talented logistics persons and standardization and information in the logistics. (2) Opportunity problem of the modern logistics enterprises industry that we develop and the environment problem in order to develop the modem logistics industry in the big-middle cities, etc.Finally, we put forward to theoretically and combine detailed the possibility project of their coordinative development: the city realizes current facilities function. We program and establish our big-middle cities according to the development of themodem logistics, especially under the condition of the city function. So we develop our city transport networks by make-use-of advanced techniques and laid solid foundation in bottom for development of the modem logistics. The mode of " logistics park-logistics center-distribution center" resolve modem city logistics. The mode is made by arranging the large logistics park and the distribution center in the outer city, and by distributing lord vehicle in city center, and by arranging various logistics center between city center and city outer area. It leads direction for city planning and development and thus realizes coordination development between modem logistics and big-middle cities and promotes economic development of a city.更多还原
