机车检修信息管理系统研究

【摘要】 过去,在铁路基本建设中,铁路的信息化建设考虑得很少,随着跨越式发展思路在全路基本建设中不断贯彻执行,铁路信息化建设才得以迅猛发展。目前,在铁路客运专线的建设中,信息化建设已被纳入其中。 本文主要对铁路机务段检修信息化管理的建设模式予以分析研究,着重分析了我国现行机车检修修制、工艺、流程及配套设施的情况,考虑机务段检修工艺、设备的特点,使工艺装备与智能化、自动化、网络化等信息技术结合起来,选择合理的网络及其所需的硬件和软件技术方案,使网络硬件、软件产品达到先进性、标准化、开放性、可靠性、易维护性、经济性等技术指标,设计出一个以网络技术为基础的机务检修信息管理系统。使其适合铁路机务段工程建设时机务检修信息系统的总体规划和实施,为今后机务段信息化建设和发展提供一个有价值的参考系统。

【Abstract】 In the past, Railway Informationalized Construct has almost not been considered in the railway constructing. At present, with the Great-leap-forward development belief, the whole country railway informationalized construct are under great developing, especially in special railway for passenger transportation, it has been taken account of and brought into construct.This paper mainly studies the constructing model of railway locomotive depot information management, especially analyzes the conditions of actual locomotive inspection and maintenance rulers, technologies, flows and relative facilities, takes the characteristics of inspection and maintenance technologies and devices into account, to combine the technology devices and the information techniques which are intelligentized, automatized and network together. To reasonable select precise hardware and software for net in order to make it meet the technical indexes as advanced ability, standardized, openable ability, reliability, easy-care, economical and etc, and then designing a locomotive inspection and maintenance information management system, as a reference system for later information constructing and advancing of locomotive depot, based on network technologies, which accords with the master plan of locomotive inspection and maintenance information system during locomotive depot project constructing.
