梳脱式稻麦联合收割机总体设计及其研究

【摘要】 梳脱式谷物联合收获是一种利用特殊的梳脱头在收获谷物时只捋取作物穗头部分进行脱粒、分离处理的收获工艺,以其低功耗、高效率、清选干净、分离损失低等诸多优点正越来越被科研人员和用户所关注。 本文就4LS-150型稻麦梳脱式联合收割机的工作流程及总体结构进行论述,通过对梳脱式联合收割机梳脱方式进行理论与室内外的试验研究,分析影响该机工作性能的主要参数和结构特点。研究梳脱台结构参数和运动参数对梳脱损失的影响关系,确定了整机的主要结构参数与运动参数。单因素试验表明梳脱滚筒离地高度、梳脱滚筒中心与压禾鼻的相对位置,以及滚筒角速度和机器前进速度对梳脱损失具有重要影响,得出的结论对梳脱式联合收割机的进一步研究有实用价值。 田间实验表明,该机在高速作业下具有落粒损失低、复脱清选容量大、整机效率高的特点,实现茎秆切割并整齐条铺,整机作业流程通畅,性能稳定。该机的主要性能指标达到或优于传统式联合收割机的作业指标。

【Abstract】 Cereal stripping harvest is a sort of process that works only through picking the ears of crops to thresh. This harvesting approach is now being paid great attention to more and more by researchers and users with its advantages such as low power, high efficiency, good cleaning, and low loss in separation, etc.This article is concerned with dissertating the working process and the general structure of the Model 4LS-150 stripping combine harvester for rice and wheat, and also expatiating the analysis to the main parameters and characteristics in structure, which influence the working performance of the machine, in accordance with the research in stripping theory and trials for laboratory and field to the harvester. The major structural and kinematical parameters have been determined by the research in the relationship between the both sides of the stripping header and the stripping loss. The mono-factor experiments indicates that the working height of the stripping cylinder, the relative positions of the cylinder to the hood nose, the rotational speed of the roller, and the forward velocity of the machine, etc., have significant influence on the header loss of the stripping harvesters. The conclusions have very important practical value to the further research on the stripping combine harvester.The field trials show that the machine has a serial of fantastic characteristics, for example, the low splashing grain loss, big capacity for re-threshing and cleaning, high efficiency and fluent work of the whole machine, and stable reliability. Besides, the specially invented windrowing device has further been recognized having a good performance in clearly cutting and windrowing straws in order. The main capability targets of the combine have conformed to the traditional combine’s standards, and even exceed the latter in some ways.
