耐高温绝缘涂层的技术研究

【摘要】 本研究的目的是研制出一种特殊用途的耐高温绝缘涂层,该涂层用于提供金属丝与金属底材之间的绝缘。通过对技术指标和实验现象的分析,提出满足使用要求的耐高温绝缘涂层实际上是由两种涂层组成,分别为底层和面层。底层是需要在600℃进行热处理的耐高温绝缘涂层,面层是起隔绝水汽作用的封闭涂层。底层涂料的制备采用有机-无机复合的技术路线,引入玻璃料作为高温黏结剂来辅助成膜,面层为有机硅耐热防水涂料。本研究分析了底层的漆膜在600℃热处理后的漆膜状态和成膜过程,指出漆膜的多孔性以及对空气中水汽的吸附是导致绝缘下降的原因,再采用封闭涂层对底层进行封闭后,涂层的绝缘性能得到了保证。耐高温绝缘涂层的整体绝缘电阻大于20MΩ,长期工作温度为250℃,可以承受-50℃~250℃的冷热循环试验而漆膜不损坏,耐湿热96h后,绝缘性能依然很好。

【Abstract】 A special insulation coatings were studied, which provide a insulation layer between metal wire and metal substrate at high temperature. By analysis of the technical requirement and phenomenon of the experiments, the high temperature insulation coatings were comprised of two parts, one is primer coatings and the other is top coating. The primer coatings are high temperature resistant insulation coatings, which were treated at high temperature about 600 ℃, and the top coating is a barrier coating to prevent moisture penetration. The organic-inorganic compound process was used to produce primer coatings, using glass material as high temperature binder for film forming . The top coating is organic silicone heat resistant and water-proof coating. The mechanism of film forming and film structure were studied after heat treated at 600 ℃, the results indicated that the porosity of primer and moisture penetration are the main reasons of the insulation decrease , and after using barrier coating, the insulation property of coatings has been improved. The insulation resistance of coatings is more than 20 M 1, and the coatings could suffer cold and hot cycle test without film damage in the range of -50℃~250℃. The insulation property of the film is still excellent after heat and humidity test for 96h .
