【摘要】 本文从科技创新与可持续发展的价值观入手，论述了可持续发展是人类的必然选择和中国实现现代化的必经之路，表明可持续发展是包括中国在内的世界各国的必然选择。针对传统发展观的生态学缺陷，作者提出进行科技创新生态化转向的观点，并试图从生态化价值观的视角对科学发展观作了基本描述。 科技创新生态化的实施必然会导致科技创新主体在实现经济价值和生态价值时的两难选择。对此，本文提出了对科技创新主体进行绩效评价的生态化价值观实施途径，即认为应该从制度建设和创新主体的道德自律两方面入手，为推进科技创新生态化提供良好的社会环境和优秀的人才准备。 今天的大学生是我国未来社会经济建设主战场的中坚力量，他们是未来的决策者、建设者，同时又是人类环境的保护者、创造者，因此，高校要加强对当代青年大学生的生态伦理道德教育，以强化未来科技创新主体的生态道德意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beginning with science and technology innovations and the view of value of sustainable development, this article points out that sustainable development is an inevitable choice for mankind and China’ s modernization. The author puts forward a view of transformation in science and technology innovations because of ecological defect in traditional view of development. And in the eyes of the viewpoint of ecological value, the view of scientific development is attempted to describe basically in this article.In the process of ecologization of science and technology innovations, the agents of science and technology innovations will be probably in a dilemma between the value of economy and that of ecology. Therefore, a way of carrying on the value of ecologization by estimating science and technology agent’ s achievement has been discussed. The author thinks that in order to offer favorable social conditions and excellent talent arrangement for us to propel ecologization of science and technology innovations, we must set about both institutional construction and moral self-discipline for innovations agent. And as the future agent of science and technology innovations, the up-to-date college students should receive ecological moral education at present.更多还原
