脉冲电浮水处理成套设备的实验研究

【摘要】 本课题研制的脉冲电浮水处理成套设备具有结构简单、操作方便、对有机物的去除率高,对废水的适应性广,与传统电浮法相比较可节约能耗40%—60%。本课题系统分析了影响脉冲电浮水处理效果的因素,提出了脉冲电浮水处理池尺寸的数学模型,对脉冲电浮水处理成套设备各装置如何配置等进行了深入研究,设计了以脉冲电浮水处理池为核心的成套水处理装备。利用该设备对重庆某餐厅的餐饮污水进行了处理实验。 本课题的研究内容主要包括:1)脉冲电浮水处理池的参数分析,将影响脉冲电浮水处理效果的参数分为四类分别进行了分析讨论,介绍了脉冲电浮水处理过程中絮凝剂投加量的确定原则;2)脉冲电浮水处理池的设计,通过数学建模提出了脉冲电浮水处理池的几何参数,并设计了脉冲电浮水处理的配套装置结构;3)使用Java语言编写了计算脉冲电浮水处理池几何尺寸的程序;4)对该脉冲电浮水处理成套设备的实验研究。 经过本课题的研究,基本确定了脉冲电浮水处理成套设备的结构参数,通过实验研究验证了该设备的实用性和可行性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, an impulse electroflotation water treatment complete equipment is introduced as an energy-saving and comprehensive waste water treatment equipment with which the organic compound in the waste water is removed effectively. With this equipment, the energy consume is reduced by 40%-60%. Based on the traditional electroflotation technology, the factors effecting the impulse electroflotation water treatment are analyzed comprehensively by the author. The mathematical model of the Impulse electroflotation reacting tank, which determines the height, volume and treatment capability of Impulse electroflotation is provided on the base of the basic equations of electroflotation. A calculate software for the design of Impulse electroflotation reacting tank is developed and the source code is given by the author. An impulse electroflotation water treatment complete equipment is designed by the author. An experimentation in which the wastewater of restaurant is treated by this equipment is introduced in this paper.This study is composed of the following parts: a) The analysis of the factors effecting the impulse electroflotation water treatment, including the determine of the amount of flocculant added into the equipment; b) The design of the impulse electroflotation reacting tank, including the determine of the mathematical model of the Impulse electroflotation reacting tank; c) The development of a software for the design of Impulse electroflotation reacting tank; d) The experimental study of the impulse electroflotation water treatment complete equipment.In this study, most of the structure factors are determined. The feasibility of the equipment is offered by the author.
