基于多维数据集的商务智能技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 在竞争日益激烈的商业环境中,对信息处理和利用能力的强弱是企业兴衰成败的关键。充分地利用、发掘企业现有数据,能帮助决策者做出更敏捷、合理的商业决策。所以,已经有越来越多的企业和政府组织通过应用商务智能产品和服务处理其最重要的资产—信息。 商务智能解决方案的具体设计与实施过程中,首先要考察的是企业数据分析应用的实际情况,这样方案的实施才能收到预期的成效。然而,现有的商务智能解决方案在功能、架构和应用模式上都存在着一些不足,不能很好的适应不同企业和企业中不同的信息消费者对分析信息需求的差异,无法为企业不断提高的商务智能应用层次提供良好的可扩展性。 针对现有解决方案的不足,论文提出了一个改进的商务智能应用架构,该架构实现了分析服务与报告服务的有机结合。它支持根据企业具体的应用层次做订制的实施与分布式的部署,并为企业添加增值分析服务提供了内置的可扩展性。论文设计了改进方案各部分的特征集和架构组成,研究了该方案部分关键功能的实现,分析了方案的实施效果,具体的研究内容主要包括: 1)论文以商务智能背景知识为基础,分析了企业数据分析应用的实际情况,并根据实际应用中存在的需求层次的多样性和变化性的特点,指出了现有商务智能解决方案的缺陷; 2)论文提出了一个多维分析服务和分析报告共享服务相结合的商务智能应用架构,并在架构总体设计思路的基础上,对该架构中的诸如多维分析平台、分析报告服务器等组成部分的特征集和逻辑结构进行了设计; 3)针对用户分析行为的特点以及多维表达式的非结构化对增量操作的限制,论文提出了一个对象化的查询结构,并在此模型的基础上解决了分析路径的跟踪和分析结果的序列化等问题; 4)论文结合ADOMD.NET多维数据提供者和XML for Analysis规范,研究了在.NET平台下访问和操纵多维数据源的数据与元数据的方式,设计和实现了改进方案的多维数据访问功能; 5)论文根据报告共享服务的具体设计需求,结合.NET对开发Web Service应用的支持,研究了该商务智能解决方案中基于Web Service技术进行分析报告的发布与浏览的具体实现过程。
【Abstract】 As more and more fierce competitions emerge in the business world, the capability of processing and utilizing information is the key factor to enterprise’s survival. Making full use of and mining the existing data in a company can help decision-makers make more agile and reasonable business decisions. So more and more enterprises and governmental organizations have applied BI products and its services to process the most important asset-information.During the design and implement for BI solution, we must review the actual conditions of enterprises’ data-analysis application firstly, in this way, the deployment of BI solution can receive the expected outcome. However, the existing BI solutions have some shortcomings in their function, architecture, and applied mode. They can’t meet the different needs of different enterprises and even the different information consumers well. They are also incapable of providing an excellent expansibility for the changing of BI applied level.Because of the shortcoming in existing solutions, the paper puts forward an improved BI application architecture which makes the combination of analysis services and report services come true. The architecture can support customized implement and distributed deployment according to analysis applied level of enterprises, and provides enterprises with inside expansibility to append new analysis services. The paper introduces the logical composition and feature-sets definition of the new architecture, meanwhile, it also researches the realization of the partial key-functions and analyzes the applied results of the new architecture. The content is as below:1) Based on BI knowledge, the paper discusses the actual conditions of data-analysis application in enterprises, and then it points out the disadvantages of existing BI solutions according to the diversity and variability of enterprises’ requirement-level in the actual application.2) The paper introduces a new BI applied-architecture which integrates multidimensional data-analysis services and report-sharing services. Based on the chief design-thread of the new architecture, the paper describes the design of the feature sets and logical structures of the architecture’s components such as multidimensional-analysis platform, analysis-report server and so on.3) According to the character of users’ analysis behavior and the restriction of incremental operation based on the non-structure of Multidimensional Expressions, the paper puts forward an object-oriented query structure. Meanwhile, based on the structure, the paper also expounds the solution of tracing analysis clues and serializing analysis results.4) Combining ADOMD.NET data-provider with XML for Analysis specification, the paper does some researches on how to access and manipulate data and metadata of multidimensional data sources in .NET platform. Meanwhile, it sets forth the design and realization of the function for multidimensional data access in the improved solution.5) Based on the design-requirements of report-sharing services and the advantage of developing Web Service application in .NET platform, the paper sets forth the realization of issuance and browse of analysis report basing on Web Service technology in the improved BI solution.
