【摘要】 随着我国高等教育从“精英教育”过渡到“大众化教育”阶段，如何实现高等教育的可持续发展成为目前学术界和教育界研究和争论的热点。本文对高等教育可持续发展及其相关理论进行了一般性研究，分析了我国扩招后高等教育的现状与问题，并提出了实现我国高等教育可持续发展的具体对策。 全文分为四个部分： 第一部分：高等教育可持续发展的内涵。本部分从可持续发展观引申到教育的发展观，并列举了国内有关高等教育可持续发展观的两种解释，在此基础上概括出了高等教育可持续发展的内涵与特征。 第二部分：当前高等教育可持续发展的主要问题。本部分列举了扩招后我国高等教育存在的教育资源紧张、教育质量下滑、结构布局不合理等问题。 第三部分：影响高等教育可持续发展的原因分析。本部分从正确理解高等教育大众化入手，对影响高等教育可持续发展的几个因素进行了认真分析。 第四部分：实现高等教育可持续发展的策略选择。本部分分析了我国实现高等教育的可持续发展既要实现观念上的转变，又要在发展模式、运行机制、监督机制和保障系统等方面进行构建。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the higher education in China transiting from the stage of Elite Education to Mass Education, it becomes a hot spot of researching and arguing in academic circles and educational circles of how to fulfill the persisting development of higher education. The essay explores the persisting development of higher education and related theories, analyzes the situation and problems of higher education after the expansion of the universities recruitment, and proposes the specific strategy to fulfill the persisting development of higher education.The essay falls into four parts as follows:I. The essence of persisting development of higher education. It enumerates two domestic explanation to the persisting development of higher education from the view of persisting development to the view of the development of education. Therefore, the essay summarizes the essence and characteristic of persisting development of higher education.II. The current chief problems of persisting development of higher education. It lists the issues of the insufficiency of educational resources, decreasing of educational quality and the irrational structure distribution after the expansion of universities recruitment.III.The analyses of the reasons that affect the persisting development of higher education. With a proper understanding to popularization of higher education, it analyzes the factors that affect the persisting development of higher education.更多还原
