轮斗挖掘机计算机辅助设计计算的研究

【摘要】 轮斗挖掘机是露天矿开采系统的挖掘设备,作为大规模开采的主要设备在世界各国得到了广泛应用。但目前国内设备仍完全依赖于进口,国外制造商只高价出售给我们成品轮斗挖掘机,却不提供相应的图纸和计算资料。因此,国内曾通过广泛收集现有的国内外轮斗挖掘机产品数据,统计了百余种机型的参数,然后进行数据的分析比较,但没有形成系统的设计理论。因而对轮斗挖掘机进行计算机辅助分析计算,掌握其设计理论,达到能自行设计的目的是非常必要的。针对传统手工设计计算时间长,计算过程复杂等问题,本文结合沈重集团公司产品开发的需要,开发了计算机辅助斗轮挖掘机设计计算软件。矿用轮斗挖掘机现有主要结构型式有:直接内排式轮斗挖掘机,轮斗臂架不可伸缩的轮斗挖掘机和轮斗臂架伸缩式的轮斗挖掘机。根据轮斗机大小分类可分为三类:小型、中型和大型(特大型)轮斗挖掘机。本论文采用C++ Builder语言开发了计算机辅助轮斗挖掘机计算软件。 计算机辅助“设计计算”菜单有如下计算内容:(1)生产能力计算,包括:理论小时生产能力;有效小时生产能力;最大小时生产能力。(2)主要参数计算,包括:轮斗直径;轮斗切割速度;铲斗数量;卸斗次数计算等。 (3)轮斗驱动功率计算,包括:轮斗上部结构回转驱动功率计算;轮斗主变幅驱动功率计算;轮斗机上带式输送机驱动功率计算;履带行走功率计算。 <WP=96>软件开发过程是主窗体上展开的。并对输入计算的数字进行了限制和保护,如下面程序所示。软件的运行环境:硬件设备:586级别(包括INTEL 、AMD 、VIA等系列)以上CPU,主频200以上内存:32M以上硬盘:10M以上硬盘空间,推荐使用服务器硬盘显示器,显卡:支持32位色,分辨率支持1024×768的显示器和显卡,显卡推荐使用具有32M缓存的显卡标准键盘,三键鼠标 软件需求:WINDOWS 操作系统、98、2000、NT和XP都可以; 在实际产品的具体设计中应用了计算机辅助设计计算软件,可以大大缩短设计时间,所有计算可以在5分钟内完成,取得了良好的效果,对产品设计具有重要的的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Bucket Wheel is a kind of equipment used in the exploitation system in strip mine, as one of the main equipments in the large-scale exploitations throughout the world. But each Bucket Wheel in our country is import. The foreign manufacturers sell the finished products only, we can not get the blueprint and the computational data. So the work which collects and analyzes the data of Bucket Wheels diffusely has been done, but did not form the memory of design. Therefore it is necessary to master the memory of Bucket Wheel design and manufacture it by ourselves with computer accessorial design. United with the necessary of the product design of Shengyang Heavy-duty Machine Company, the paper developed the software on Computer Aided Bucket Wheel Design in order to solve the problem: the long time spend on traditional design and the complicated calculation. The main structural style of Bucket Wheel conclude: the direct inner discharged Bucket Wheel, the Bucket Wheel which arms can not flex and the Bucket Wheel which arms can flex. The Bucket Wheel also can be divided into: minitype、medium-sized and heavy-duty by bulk. We developed the software with C++ Builder, and one of it`s menu “calculation of design” include:The calculation of throughput includes: the throughput per hour theoretically、the throughput per hour practically and the maximum throughput per hour.The calculation of main parameter includes: the diameter of bucket、<WP=98>the velocity of bucket incision、the number of bucket and the time of unburden and so on.The calculation of the drive power of bucket includes: power to drive the rotative superstructure of bucket、power to shift the swing of bucket、power to drive the strap machine and the power to drive pedrail. The software is developed in the main window frame and provides limit and protect for the imported numbers just like the following programme. The environment our software demands: hardware requirements:The CPU demands Intel 586 at least which main frequency demands over 2.0 GEMS memory: 32M at leastHD: 10M free space at least, server HD is recommendedDisplay and affiliated equipment: can display 32 bit color and resolving power can archive 1024×768. The adapter card to display which has 32M memory is recommendedstandard keyboard and mouse Software requirements:OS: WINDOWS 98 、2000 、NT and XP In the practical design use our software can shorten the time spend on the design. All of the calculation can be done in 5 minutes. So the paper archived good results and has important instructional meaning to product design.
