基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的研究

【摘要】 在二十一世纪，物流是企业的第三利润源泉，对物流的管理得到充分地重视。物流活动纷繁复杂导致管理上的断层现象屡屡发生，这就迫切需要采用现代化的手段——物流的信息化来辅助物流管理工作，物流信息化工作也是提升物流核心竞争力的根本途径之一。而现行物流系统和ERP系统都存在着一定程度上的不足，前者模块过于单纯，不能协调财务、人事、生产、营销业务模块；后者虽然功能比较多，也可以在一定程度上协调公司的管理，但是ERP系统本身就存在着物流功能弱、信息交换缺乏互动。 本文详细地介绍了如何实现物流管理工作的计算机化——建立基于ERP的企业物流信息系统。首先分析了系统开发的前期准备工作，国内外研究现状及本文采用的主要理论和方法；接着介绍了基于ERP的企业物流信息系统。主要部分首先从ERP系统和单纯的物流管理信息系统来分析，对于它们的结构、功能模块及目标等的剖析，揭示了现行系统的物流管理功能的缺陷，既而提出了开发基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的论点。重点分析了基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的目标、功能设计、开发方法与主要技术；基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的信息与业务流程组织、管理组织与运作机制设计；基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的环境、数据组织及编码规范设计等核心内容；实施基于ERP的企业物流信息系统若干问题探讨及其对策分析，如采用预算的方法来控制其成本等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the twenty-first century, logistics is the third profit source of enterprise. The logistics management is paid more attention to today. As the complexity of logistics action that leading to the phenomenon of management broken off, that is necessary to carry outthe modern measure--logistics MIS to assist logistics management. And logistics MIS isalso one of the basic ways that can advance core competence. Logistics system and ERP system used currently have some sorts of scarcity deficiency. The former’s modules are too simple that it can’t assort with finance, human resource, manufacture and marketing modules. Although the latter has lots of modules, and it can assort with the company’s management in some extent, the logistics modules of ERP themselves are weak, lack of information exchanging.The thesis introduces how to computerize the logistics management indetails--developing logistics information system of enterprise based on ERP. Firstly, itanalyzes the early preparation of system developing, the research of internal&external current situation, the main theories and measures used in the thesis. Then it introduces the summarize of the logistics information system of enterprise based on ERP. The main part analyzes the structure, modules and objects of the information system of ERP and pure logistics MIS firstly. And that discloses their defects on logistics. The second part brings forward the argumentation of developing logistics information system of enterprise based on ERP. It analyzes the objects, modules design, developing ways and skills of the logistics information system of enterprise based on ERP in emphasis. Moreover it introduces the organization of information and its operational process, management organization and operational laws design, the actualize environment, data organization and coding standard design, ect. of logistics information system of enterprise based on ERP. And it probes several questions and analyze their countermeasures of implementing logistics information system of enterprise based on ERP, for example adopting to the method of budget to control the cost.更多还原
