干电池用炭精棒双螺杆挤压机的开发研制和螺杆几何造型的研究

【摘要】 本课题根据加工物料——炭糊料的流变特性,运用挤压成型原理,在国内首次开发研制成功干电池用炭精棒双螺杆挤压机。运用流变理论,对炭糊料在机头流道内的流动进行分析,实现了机头流道参数的科学设计。同时结合炭糊料挤出工艺的特殊要求对该机组的综合性能进行了测试和分析,通过新旧两种炭精棒生坯生产工艺的对比,证实了用锥形双螺杆挤压机组生产干电池用炭精棒工艺路线的可行性和先进性。 在对双螺杆几何学进行深入研究的基础上,结合工程实际,采用ANSYS软件成功地编制了自动绘制梯形螺槽锥形双螺杆的三维实体造型程序,并进行剖面和动画处理。 使用实践表明:该新编程序具有较强的实用性和可操作性,它可用于检验两螺杆互相啮合的状况,对锥形和平行异向旋转双螺杆挤出机螺杆几何造型的合理设计具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 Based on rheological properties of the material-carbon mixes and the principle of extrusion moulding, the twin-screw extruder for carbon stick of dry battery is successfully developed for the first time in our country. Using the rheological theories, we analyze the flow of carbon mixes in the head and realize the scientific design of head channel. At the same time, the comprehensive functions of the extruder unit have been tested and analyzed in accordance with the special demand of extrusion technology for carbon mixes. By means of the comparison between the old and new moulding technology of the green carbon bodies, the feasibility and advancement of the technology using the conical twin-screw extruder unit to produce carbon stick of dry battery are verified.In this paper, on the basis of thorough research into the geometry of twin-screw, the program is developed for twin-screw’s 3D solid modeling extension of conical twin-screw having ladder-shaped channels by using ANSYS software, regarded the practice of processing and manufacturing. Meanwhile, some processings are done to the twin-screw’s 3D modeling figure.The practice verifies: the new program has good practicability and operability, so it can be used to inspect the intermeshing conditions of twin-screw and is of much help to geometry modeling and reasonable design of conical twin-screw and counter-rotating parallel twin-screw.
