高温循环水处理剂的研制与数学模型的建立

【摘要】 工业循环水在高溫(>98℃)情况下极易结垢,且水的腐蚀性增强;而通常的水处理剂都是在常温和中低温度下使用,高温下阻垢、缓蚀性能不理想。本论文目的就是要找到适用于高温循环水的水处理剂,建立数学模型,优化实验配方。 通过静态阻垢法和正交实验筛选出了适用于高温循环水的阻垢剂;用静态挂片法和正交实验筛选出了适用于高温情况下的缓蚀剂;在实验数据的基础上,建立了复合水处理剂作用机理的数学模型,用复合型法优化药剂配方并进行了验证;用改变水的组成评价了复合水处理剂,并使用电化学和扫描电镜等方法进一步研究了其作用机理。 在筛选阻垢剂和缓蚀剂的基础上,结合机理分析,适当选取相关控制目标的自变量,确定其起作用的形式;根据最小二乘法原理,运用多元非线性回归分析的方法建立数学模型,作为优化待定配方的基础。通过数理统计、机理分析及实验验证等多种方式,保证了数学模型的高度显著线性相关。 本文通过各种手段研制了适用于高温条件下水处理的配方及药剂,在建立了数学模型的基础上,优化了实验配方。通过各种因素的分析认为7.7mg/L钼酸盐、1.3mg/L锌盐与8.3mg/L膦酸盐经过复配后,药剂之间产生协同效应,使药剂的缓蚀、阻垢效果增强。电化学试验表明该复合水处理药剂主要抑制了腐蚀过程的阴极过程。因此,本实验开发的配方是一种有较好应用前景的,以阴极控制为主的复合水处理剂。

【Abstract】 Industry circulating water (>98℃) easily produces scale at high temperature, and the corrosion of water enlarges. The normal water treatment agents are used at ordinary temperature or medium temperature, and are degradation at high temperature. The objective of this thesis is to develop a water treatment agent which is suitable to high circulating water, and optimize of the compound agent by mathematical modeling.The research progress is followed: First, pick scale inhibitors which are applicable to high temperature by static inhibiting scale test and perpendicularity. Second, select corrosion inhibitors which are used at high temperature by static hang-slice and perpendicularity. Third, establish a mathematical model reflecting the mechanism of the compound agent for the water treatment on the basic of data test, and optimize the agent composition by multi-mode method and test the results by experiments. Fourth, appraise and search the active mechanism of the compound agent by means of changing the condition of the high temperature cyclic water, and verify the mechanism by a constant electric potential method and the scanning electronic microscopy ,etc.The characteristic of this thesis is to establish a mathematical model according to the active mechanism of the elected agent and the test result of elect- inhibitors. The control-objective variety is elected after making sure of the action form. The mathematical model is established by means of application of multiple unit anti-linear regression analysis. This program isapplication of multiple unit anti-linear regression analysis. This program is the basis of optimization of the compound agent. Through the application of mathematical statistics, the analysis of mechanism and the verification test, outstanding linear correlation of mathematical model is assured.The water treatment agent which is available to high temperature is verified by various science methods, and optimized the compound agent on the basic of mathematical modeling. The agent which has synergistic effects consists of 7.7mg/L molybdate, 1.3mg/L zincoid and 8.3mg/L phosphonic acid. The agent used in the high temperature circulating water has favourable effect on scale and corrosion inhibition. This agent is a catelectrode-do\minate compound agent.Development of a water treatment agent which treats high temperature circulating water has social and economic importance.
