基于OPC技术的开放式DCS系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 论文针对目前工业自动化系统中绝大多数是封闭系统,缺乏统一、标准的开放式接口,同时,工业控制软件也缺乏统一的工业标准的现状,详细分析了工业控制软件互操作性标准OPC(OLE for process control)的产生背景,OPC规范的基本内容、程序结构体系和核心技术特点,以及OPC技术的发展历史、应用情况及其发展前景;重点阐述了基于微软公司的COM/DCOM(Component object model/Distributed component object model)技术基础,在操作系统Windows 95和Windows NT支持下运行的新型的用于OPC组件和OPC对象之间连接的OPC COM通用标准接口,和用于技术人员和终端用户为组态和存取过程自动化数据的OPC OLE自动化标准接口的设计和应用以及在泸天化集团公司CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System)项目中的具体实施和实现环节。此外还介绍了OPC基金会组织的基本情况。 论文还分析介绍了OPC核心技术COM(Component Object Modole)组件对象模型,并学习COM部件的实现、发布、创建方法和COM技术在工业自动化软件及OPC技术中的应用细节;使用OPC服务器的线程模型和数据库访问技术;完成OPC接口程序编制,并联网测试;熟悉了解OPC服务器I/ODLL的开发程序。 在实际环节中的研究和应用表明:OPC技术是OLE技术在过程控制中的应用,它为开发应用程序的不同厂商提供了一项共同遵循的通信标准,可以有效地解决规约转换的不灵活性,以及多种软件系统集成的不兼容性等等问题。从而减少了在系统集成过程中的重复开发,提高了调度自动化系统的开放性能。OPC代表了今后一段时间内过程控制系统通信标准的发展方向。

【Abstract】 An actuality is proposed in this paper, that the industry automation system is a close system at present, which the unified & normal open interface about software and hardware is absence. The background of a operating standard of the software for industry control of OPC specification is amply described in this paper, its main content, program configuration system and nuclear technology, its history and application and development are introduced. This paper expatiated emphatically that a OPC COM customize interface which is made use of connecting OPC component and OPC object, a OPC OLE automation interface which is made use of configuration and gathering /storing process data by End-User. The design and application are aimed at the OPC COM and OPC OLE interfaces based on implement and realizing the tache in the project of LTH-CIMS. These OPC interface are based on OLE/COM and DCOM of Microsoft sustained by Windows 95 and Windows NT. This paper gives things of the OPC Foundation Organization.In the master student project the Component Object Model as OPC nut technology and its applications detail about the realize, issuance and establish method of the COM component as well as the use of the thread rule model and accessing technology in database of the OPC server are studied; the program for OPC interface was accomplished, and its network test is performed; and then the development process of the I/ODLL in the OPC server was discussed.Investigation and application in the practice tache show that OPC is an OLE for process control, it affords a corporate communication standard for different developer on applied program. Flexibility of protocol conversion and incompatibility of integration between different software systems, etc. have been effectually solved. Consequently, the repeated exploitation are reduced in the integrated system, the automation system’s opening capability areimproved. OPC specification will be a developmental aspect about process automation’s communications normal for the future.
