安全型铁路信号计算机联锁热备系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机技术和电子技术的迅猛发展以及高可靠理论的日趋成熟,计算机联锁控制系统在铁路运输领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。HJ04A铁路信号计算机联锁系统(以下简称HJ04A系统)就是在国内被成功推广应用且占有较大市场份额的典型联锁系统之一。笔者论文的任务就是研究在HJ04A系统的基础上如何实现热备功能。 论文开始介绍了铁路信号与故障安全的基本概念;接着首先深入分析了计算机容错控制系统的几种基本方法,然后结合可靠性理论与可靠性评价模型对铁路信号计算机联锁系统的可靠性与安全性,从不同的角度进行了分析,提出了在HJ04A系统的基础上实现热备功能必须解决的几个关键问题;在此基础上论文提供了一套完整的实现方案,包括双机热备系统的结构设计以及系统关键设备共享器的设计与实现,并很好的解决了共享设备的同步问题;最后依据可靠性评价模型验证了完成系统的可靠性。 目前,本论文提供的方案在笔者的主持下,已被成功实现并在河南安阳钢铁公司和鞍山钢铁公司得到推广应用,系统运行稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 Thanks to the rapid development of computer technology and electronic technology and the improvement of high-reliability theory, the computerized in railway transportation the HJ04A computerized interlocking-control system for railway signal (hereunder abbreviated as HJ04A system) is one of these typical systems that has been successfully applied at home and has a relatively large market share. The theme of this dissertation is to study how to realize the function of preparing heat on the basis of HJ04A system.The dissertation begins with the basic concepts of railway signal and the suavity of breakdown, followed by in-depth analysis of some basic methods for the system of computerized allowance control. With reference to the theory of reliability and its estimation about the reliability and security of the computerized interlocking-control system for railway signal, several key problems about the function of preparing heat on the basis of HJ04A system have been raised after analysis from different aspects. Furthermore, the dissertation provides a complete plan for the implementation of the system, including the design of the structure of the two machines in heat-preparation system, the design and realization of sharing-machine for key equipment in the system, moreover the synchronism of sharing-machine is solved, and the reliability of the system is tested by the reliability model. At present, under the direct of the author the program provided in the dissertation has been successfully carried out and applied in HeNan An’yang steel company and An’shan steel company, and the function has been functioning stably and reliably.
