无机柱撑蒙脱石的制备和应用

【摘要】 蒙脱石是一种层状结构硅酸盐,单位晶胞由两片(Si—O4)四面体和一片(Al—O6)八面体构成,八面体中的Al3+可以被Mg2+、Fe2+、Li+等代替,四面体中Si4+可以被Al3+和Fe3+代替。这些异价离子的代替,必然要招致正电荷亏损,这就决定了蒙脱石具有很强的吸附能力及阳离子交换能力。根据这些特性,本文采用无机物插层,对其进行柱撑改性。柱撑蒙脱石是由柱化剂在蒙脱石层间呈“柱状”支撑的新型材料,它具有大孔径、大比表面积等特点。 本文采用羟基铝(离子)作柱化剂来来备无机柱撑蒙脱石;探讨在不同投药量、吸附时间和pH值条件下,无机柱撑蒙脱石和纯蒙脱石对Cu2+的吸附效果,找出吸附的适宜条件。结果表明:在相同条件下,无机柱撑蒙脱石对Cu2+的吸附效果优于纯蒙脱石,且两者同时符合Freundtich吸附模式和Langmuir吸附等温式;用阳离子桃红FG模拟染料废水,研究柱撑蒙脱石的脱色性能及其脱色机理。结果表明:柱撑蒙脱石的层间距增大,吸附性能增强。以阳离子桃红FG为代表,探讨在不同投药量、处理时间和pH值条件下,柱撑蒙脱石对其吸附脱色效果,并找出吸附脱色的适宜条件。柱撑蒙脱石对阳离子桃红FG的吸附同样符合Freundlich吸附等温式和Langmuir吸附等温式。
【Abstract】 Montmorillonite is a kind of silicate with the formation of layers. Each unit cell is made up of two (Si-O4) tetrahedral layers and a (Si-O6) tetrahedral layer . Al(III) from (Si-O6) tetrahedral layer can be replaced by Mg( II ), Fe( II) , Zn( II) , Li( I) cations, Si(IV) from (Si-O4) tetrahedral layers can be replaced by Al(III) and Fe(HI).because of loss of positive charge, montmorillonite has a stronger ability of adsorption and cation-exchange.From the view of that, inorganic substance is used to pillar the montmorillonite .Pillared Interlayered Montmorillonite is a new type of material ,in which layers are propped up with pillared interlayered agent .It is characterized by big aperture and great specific surface area.This paper produces inorganic Pillared Interlayered Montmorillonite by the way of using hydroxyl-Al (keggin cation ) as pillared interlayered agent ;And studies adsorptive properties of the purified montmorillonite and inorganic pillared and inorganic pillared interlayered montmorillonite on Cu( II) on the conditions of different quantity , adsorptive time and pH and finds out the proper condition . The results indicate on the same condition the adsorptive effictiveness of inorganic pillared interlayered montmorillonite on Cu( II ) is better than that of purified montmorillonite ,and they are in comfirmity with the Freundlich adsorption isotherms and the Langmuir adsorption isotherms at the same time; Using Cationic Pink FG imitate the dyestuff wasterwater ,the suitable conditions and adsorption isotherms of adsorbing dyestuff wasterwater by inorganic pillared interlayered montmorillonite are studied . The results show that the interlayer spacing of pillared montmorillonite increases , and the adsorbing and decolorizing capacities strengthen . The suitable conditions of the quantity of montmorillonite ,treatment time and the pH are studied . The decoloration could be stated by an expression also similar to Freundlich and Langmuir model.
