装配式钢结构塔式起重机基础的设计及有限元分析

【摘要】 塔式起重机是现代工业与民用建筑机械化、装配化中不可缺少的主要施工机械。随着建筑业的不断发展,各大中城市多层和高层建筑不断增多,塔式起重机已成为多层和高层建筑施工垂直运输的主动脉。应用塔式起重机对于加快施工进度,缩短工期,降低工程造价起着重要的作用。在塔式起重机的使用过程中,塔式起重机基础占有举足轻重的地位。但是,目前塔式起重机基础设计尚无规范可依,世界各国普遍采用现浇式钢筋混凝土基础,此种结构体积尺寸比较大,混凝土用量和配筋均很可观,造成十分严重的浪费,不仅不能重复使用,而且产生的废弃物不能进行生态转化,对环境污染严重。 本课题针对现浇式钢筋混凝土塔式起重机基础存在的不足,依托装配式钢结构的设计思想,突破传统现浇式钢筋混凝土基础的固有模式,提出新型的基础设计方案。本文主要研究了以下几方面内容: 1)介绍了塔式起重机及其基础的相关概念,综合评述了塔式起重机基础在国内外的研究状况,指出塔式起重机基础的研究发展趋势,制定了本课题的研究内容和技术路线; 2)利用已有塔式起重机基础的研究成果,在不同的工况下,对塔式起重机基础的荷载进行计算与分析; 3)针对现浇式钢筋混凝土基础的诸多弊端,提出四种新型基础的设计方案,并对其进行结构分析和理论推导,通过分析对比,总结装配式钢结构塔式起重机基础的优越性; 4)根据理论分析,将设计的装配式钢结构塔式起重机基础应用于实际工程。针对工程实例进行验算并给出详细的设计计算过程; 5)运用有限元法对塔一基节点进行计算分析,综合考虑局部节点的各项受力性能; 6)运用有限元法对空间整体工作性能进行计算分析,根据计算结果分析桩顶水平变位以及是否需要设置连梁,进而分析连梁的应力分布,并优化其截面尺寸; 7)最后,在总结本文所做工作的基础上,提出需要进一步研究的问题。

【Abstract】 The tower crane is a kind of main construction machine in the mechanization and assemblage of modern industry and civil architecture. Along with the rapid development of building industry, tier and high buildings in big and middling cities have been increasing, the tower crane has been the main construction machine in the upright transportation of tier and high buildings. In practical application, the tower crane has prominent advantages as expediting the project, cutting time limit and reducing the cost for a project. The tower crane foundation is very important in the application of tower crane. But now there is no code in the design of tower crane foundation, each country widely adopts cast-in-situ reinforced concrete foundation in the world, the foundation has some defects as possessing big size, wasting abundant concrete and reinforcement, being one-off and polluting environment.In this dissertation, directing against the defects the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete foundation possessing, being based on the design idea of assembled steel structure, breaking through the inherent mode of traditional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete foundation, the design methods of new foundations are pointed out. This paper includes the several contents as followed:1) Introducing concepts of tower crane and its foundation, summarizing the study condition of tower crane foundation at home and abroad, pointing out the research trend of it, nailing down the main research contents and laying a course.2) By means of existing research results of tower crane foundation, the loads of tower crane foundation are calculated and analyzed under the different circumstances.3) Directing against the defects traditional tower crane foundations possessing, the design methods of four new foundations are pointed out, the structural analysis and the academic calculation are made. By analyzing and contrasting, the advantage of the assembled steel structure tower crane foundation are summed up.4) Based on the academic analysis, the assembled steel structure tower crane foundation is applied in the practical project. An practical example is given, including detailed calculating process.5) Calculating and analyzing the nodes between tower crane and foundation by the finite element method, considering the mechanical capability of partial nodes synthetically.6) Calculating and analyzing the dimensional and whole work capability by the finite element method, based on the calculating results, the horizontal displacement and stressdistributing of the beams on top of the piles is analyzed and the section sizes is optimized.7) In the end, what has been done in this paper is summarized, and the problems that need ulteriorly be studied are pointed out.
