【摘要】 企业客观上以系统的形式存在，企业系统是一类复杂的社会经济系统，在当今知识经济时代，经济全球化趋势日益加强，信息技术和电子商务突飞猛进，市场竞争越来越激烈，市场需求的不确定性因素日益增多，顾客需求的日益个性化，企业经营管理正面临越来越严峻的挑战。 广泛吸收系统科学、复杂性科学、信息科学、生命科学、智能科学、知识科学与工程、控制理论等的优秀适用成果，并在融合现代管理理论、方法与技术的基础上，以企业核心竞争力的识别、开发和利用为轴心，运用系统工程的观点、理论和方法，从战略导向的角度明确提出了面向核心竞争力的企业系统集成的概念，这是全文的精髓所在。企业系统集成定位于企业的经营管理层次，是一种全新的战略性企业经营管理模式，其根本目的是最大限度地提升企业核心竞争力，其最终目的是提高企业整体的长期绩效。 本文的主要研究内容与成果如下： 第1章，在概括和总结目前有关核心竞争力的研究成果的基础上，着重从知识与学习的角度对企业核心竞争力进行了分析。 第2章，首先从战略导向的角度明确提出了面向核心竞争力的企业系统集成的概念，然后从六个方面论述了企业系统集成提升核心竞争力的作用机理，最后对企业系统集成的理论基础进行了初步探索，主要包括一般集成理论、企业系统集成的特殊性范畴和企业系统集成的理论范式。 第3章，构建了企业系统集成的总体框架(包括逻辑框架：一C二P三I框架、循环链过程框架、基于知识管理的信息技术支撑框架)。企业系统集成的总体框架作为企业系统集成这一课题的核心内容，是本文的重点部分。 第4章，在研究企业系统集成过程系统工程的基础上，对企业系统集成的方法进行了初步探讨，对企业系统集成的支持工具进行了初步研究。 第5章，从评估准则、评估指标体系、评估过程三个方面对企业系统集成的绩效评估进行了研究，从企业系统集成的动力机制、企业系统集成的风险管理两个方面对企业系统集成的绩效保证进行了简要的阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 In essence, an enterprise exists in the form of system. An enterprise system is one kind of complex social and economic systems. At the era of knowledgeable economy today, the tendency of economic globalization is being increasingly strengthened, the information technology and e-commence are developing more dramatically, the market competition is becoming more and more drastic, the indefinite ingredients of market demands are getting more, and the diversification of customer’s needs is becoming more evident, the operation and management of an enterprise is facing harder challenge.The excellent appropriate conclusions of systems science, complexity science, information science, life science, intelligence science, knowledge science and engineering, controlling theories are widely absorbed, and also on the base of the integration of modern management theories, methods and technologies, aimed at the identification, development and utilization of the core competence of an enterprise, systems engineering’s thoughts, theories and methods are employed, from the strategy-oriented angle, the notion of core competence-oriented integration of an enterprise system is put forward. The notion is the essence of this paper.In this paper, core competence-oriented integration of an enterprise system is defined as a new strategic style of enterprises’ operation and management. Its fundamental objective is to upgrade enterprises’ core competence to the utmost extent. And its ultimate objective is to make enterprises heighten their long-term performance in their entireties in the drastic market competition.In the first chapter, this paper analyzes an enterprise’s core competence from knowledge and learning on the base of the conclusions from the explorations on core competence to this day.In the second chapter, this paper puts forward the notion of core competence-oriented integration of an enterprise system from the strategy-oriented angle, and analyzes the mechanisms that an enterprise system’s integration upgrades its core competence from three facets. Then, it demonstrates the preliminary exploration on the fundamental theories of enterprise system’s integration. The theories include general integration theory, the special concepts and the paradigm of enterprise system’s integration theory.In the third chapter, this paper presents the overall frameworks of enterprise system’s integration. The frameworks consist of logical framework named "one C two P three I" framework, circulation chain process framework and supporting framework ofinformation technology based on knowledge management. The frameworks are the main component of this paper.In the fourth chapter, this paper presents the preliminary explorations on the methods and supporting tools of enterprise system’s integration on the base of the study of the process system engineering of enterprise system’s integration.In the fifth chapter, this paper probes the performance assessment of enterprise system’s integration from three facets which include assessing principle, assessing index system and assessing process. As well, the assuring measures of enterprise system’s integration which consist of two parts are explained. One part is the dynamic mechanisms of enterprise system’s integration; another is the risk management of enterprise system’s integration.更多还原
