【摘要】 随着21世纪知识经济的到来，风险资本的兴起与发展加速了智本与资本的有机结合，创业板的诞生与成长更是激发了科技型中小企业的快速发展。 面对风起云涌的创业热潮，如何挖掘与培育科技型中小企业创业投资价值，风险投资者希望有一套科学的评价体系，创业板保荐人希望有一套科学的评价指标，社会管理者希望有一套科学的评价方法，科技型中小企业更是渴望能通过跟踪测评，优化内存，实现自我改造和自我完善，提升投资潜质。 基于这种客观的需要，而目前对科技型中小企业投资价值进行分析的理论和实践操作大多停留在定性的描述分析和经验的总结，因此本文试着做了相应的研究，提出了一套对科技型中小企业投资价值进行全过程分析的方法。全文分6章来进行阐述。 在第一章，主要阐明目前国内外科技型中小企业投资价值相关理论的研究进展，基于此提出了本文的研究内容、研究重点及研究的方法。 在第二章，主要是对本文的研究对象进行了界定。详细阐述了科技型中小企业的内涵和外延，分析了科技型中小企业的类型和特征，指出了科技型中小企业的发展对高科技产业发展的重要意义，强化本文研究的意义。 在第三章，研究了科技型中小企业投资价值的筛选原理：提出了初步筛选方法，构建了具体的筛选标准体系，以此形成了详细的筛选原理与方法。依据科技型中小企业的成长特性，以影响其投资价值的因素为依据，构建了详细的价值挖掘的指标体系，并用灰色评估理论构建了投资价值分析、挖掘的方法模型。本章构成了科技型中小企业投资前的具体评价方法。 在第四章，以科技型中小企业投资价值的影响因素为分析依据，研究其发展机制。以其发展机制、成长规律为指导，构建了科技型中小企业的培育模式。同时用三个综合评价指数：培育成长拟合度、发展拟合度和预测拟合度对培育的效果进行了静态和动态的分析，提出了对培育结果的评价标准和处理方法。本章构成了科技型中小企业投资后的具体培育方法。 在第五章，运用本文研究的方法和模型对科技型中小企业投资价值的挖掘与培育作了模拟分析，以印证和说明该方法、模型的可操作性。同时分析了两个取得成功的典型创业企业的成长经历和启示，定性地描述了企业如何从价值影响层次的角度培育其成长的。 第六章是全文的总结，分析了本文研究的内容上的创新之处，并展望了在这一领域的研究前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the coming of 21 century of knowledge- based economy, the rise and development of venture capital accelerates the combination of intelligence and capital, and the naissance and growth of Chuangyeban is also to stir-up the fast development of small and medium-sized enterprise oriented technology.Facing the upsurge of enterprise innovation, it is important that how to dig and foster investment value of small and medium-sized enterprise oriented technology. Venture capitalist and enterprise recommender hope to have a set of scientific evaluation system, social governor hope to have the evaluation method, and the manager of small and medium-sized enterprise oriented technology specially wish to have ways to track enterprise’ s development in order to survey its development situation and optimize its all sorts of resource, which help to actively reconstruct and perfect its enterprise, and promote the investment quality.Owing to this kind of objective demand, and mostly there being qualitative description and experiential summarize concerning investment value, this paper now does the correlative theory and case research and puts forward a way of whole assessment. The full paper divides 6 chapters to do the research.In chapter 1, the paper mainly states the correlative domestic and overseas theory research, then based on these puts forward the research contents, research emphases and research methods.In chapter 2, the article mainly illustrates the research object. That is to analyze the internal and external signification of research object, analyze the type and character of research object in detail. It also states the significance of developing small and medium-sized enterprise oriented technology to high-tech industry, which reinforce the importance of research.In chapter 3, the article explains the principles and methods of enterprise screening: putting forward methods of primary screening anddetailed screening based on the practical standards. Then according to the growth characters of enterprises, this article rebuilds in detail index system and constructs model of digging value. This forms the basic assessment methods to the project of the former investment.In chapter 4, based on the essential factors of investment value, the article analyses the development mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprise oriented technology. Based on the development mechanism and growth rules, it brings forward a fostering pattern. Then it puts forward three compositive assessment index: fostering goodness-of-fit index , developing goodness-of-fit index and forecasting goodness-of-fit index, which is a combined way of static state and dynamic state. This forms the basic assessment methods to the project of the later foster.In chapter 5, the paper does a simulation analysis to some small and medium-sized enterprise oriented technology according the methods and model above. Then taking two successful enterprises for examples, this article expresses how to foster some small and medium-sized enterprise oriented technology.In chapter 6, the paper does a summary, which illustrates the innovation points of research, and analysis the research foreground.更多还原
