机车单元制动器工况监测系统的研制

【摘要】 我国经济的蓬勃发展必然要求铁路等运输部门加快现代化的进程。为了提高铁路的运输能力,货物列车一直在向“重载”方向发展,旅客列车一直在向“高速”方向发展。无论高速还是重载,“制动”都是一个非常关键的问题。制动问题如果没有解决,即使有了高质量的线路,有了大功率的牵引动力,其安全性不能保证,高速和重载还是难以实现。 到目前为止,尽管在机车中针对制动系统的安全措施很多,如制动缸气压压力监测、运行记录器监控等,但这些措施都没有针对制动最终的状态进行监测。本文仔细分析了机车制动的原理,特别是深入研究了产生制动力的单元制动器结构,提出了一种新的监测方法:通过检测闸瓦与车轮踏面接触与否,结合机车速度信号、制动阀信号来判断制动是否正常;通过动画方式形象模拟机车制动时气体和闸瓦的实际工作情况;成功研制了机车单元制动工况监测仪。 本文研究的新型内燃机车单元制动器工况监测系统在传感器监测部位、嵌入式计算机自动测控和人机交流方式方面等都有新的进步,这必将为推广机车单元制动器工况监测技术起到积极的促进作用。
【Abstract】 The department of railroad brings forward the great target of "high speed, heavy load" to face the challenge of the new economic ages. With the object of high transport ability, the cargo railroad train develops toward the direct of "heavy load" and the traveler railroad train develops toward the direct of "high speed". When we talk about "high speed" or "heavy load", brake cannot but be mentioned. The target will not come true, even with good line or efficient traction, if the problems of brake are not solved well.By now though there are many security measures aiming at the brake system, they all do not monitor the final brake status. This text analyses the principle that the locomotive applies the brake carefully, especially further investigates the unit brake structure, and puts forward a kind of new monitoring method: Through measure whether it is touched between brake shoe and wheel surface , combining locomotive speed signal and the brake valve signal, the text can judge whether it is normal to apply the brake; Through the cartoon way to simulate the real working condition of gas and brake shoe ; The text has succeeded to study for the monitor instrument of the working status of locomotive braking system.The new-type diesel locomotive unit brake monitoring system has madenew progress in many facets, such as the monitor position of sensors, the control way of embedded computer and the way of man-machine exchange, this will play a positive role for popularizing the unit brake operating mode monitoring technology of the locomotive.
