基于面向对象的工作流网在水利枢纽CIMS中的应用研究

【摘要】 目前水库、枢纽在实时监控、水情测报、安全监测、事务管理、调度决策等方面的信息技术(IT)应用是相对独立的,在其内部形成了“信息化孤岛”,这些相对独立的系统面临着如何共享信息,协调优化运行的问题。从系统工程角度分析,局部最优经过累积并不能达到整体最优。应从全局的高度规划、优化和集成水利枢纽的组织机构以及枢纽的所有软硬件资源,使水利枢纽防洪调度、运行管理水平得到提升。 起源于20世纪70年代的“工作流”技术,已成为组织挖掘业务过程潜能、实施“业务过程再造”的重要使能技术。对水利枢纽利用工作流技术进行业务过程的建模和深入分析,不仅可以规范枢纽的业务过程,发现业务过程中不合理的环节,进而对业务过程进行优化重组,而且所建立的业务过程模型本身就是枢纽运行调度非常重要的知识库和规则库,可以指导枢纽调度管理自动化系统的设计与实施。 本文结合水利枢纽实际,开展了以下研究工作:①在分析上桥枢纽现代集成管理系统建设基础上,建立了枢纽业务过程优化与实现的体系结构。②结合水利枢纽抽水站业务过程,在分析Petri网“变迁”元素及工作流网结构的基础上,建立一种面向对象工作流网模型,并使用JAVA语言描述了该工作流模型。③结合水利枢纽的集成平台对面向对象的工作流模型的应用进行了分析与设计。

【Abstract】 At present, the application of Information technology in monitoring and controling in real time , checking and reporting status, monitoring and checking security , managing affairs, attempering decision is comparatively independent in the Reservoir and Hydrojunction , they come into being the "isolated island of informatization" within themselves , and these systems which is comparatively independent are faced with the question of how to share information and assort with and optimize. Part optimization by cumulating does not reach integral optimization from systematical project. We should layout , optimize and integrate Hydrojunction organization and it’s software and hardware resources from the integral level will improve the Hydrojunction floodcontrol and running management level.The Workflow technology which comes from 1970s has become an important enabled technology that organizations dig Business Processes potential and implement the "Business Processes Reengineering". Modeling and analyzing which use Workflow technology for Hydrojunction not only may restrict Business Processes of Hydrojunction , find the illogicality tache of Business Processes and optimize and reengineer the Business Processes ,but also the model itself of Business Processes is more important repository and rule base may instruct the design and implementment of Hydrojunction management automatization system.The paper carries out these following study works connected the practices of Hydrojunction. firstly it establishes the system frame of the Hydrojunction Business Processes optimizing and realizing based on analyzing the Computer-Integrated Management System of ShangQiao Hydrojunction. Secondly it contacts Hydrojunction pumping-station business processes, establishing Object-Oriented Workflow-Net Model based on analyzing the transition element of Petri-net and structure of Workflow-Net. Describing this Workflow-Net Model using JAVA languages. Thirdly the application of Object-Oriented Workflow-Net is analyzed and designed connected the Hydrojunction integrated platform.
