多源遥感图像数据与GIS集成应用研究

【摘要】 以太湖流域的多源水环境监测信息为对象,遥感(RS)与地理信息系统(GIS)技术为支撑,建立了太湖流域水环境监测管理信息系统及其体系结构,对太湖流域水环境监测管理信息系统的组成及相应的主要功能作了较详细的介绍。 讨论了RS和GIS技术及其集成的内在涵义、相互关系。提出了RS与GIS集成系统的“结合陀螺”模式。并且对水环境监测信息在GIS环境下处理也进行了分析,提出了基于RS、GIS集成技术的太湖流域动态监测和分析方法,提出的遥感灰度与地面实测数据相结合的方法,可快速、方便地评价水质的总体情况。 介绍和总结了GIS的发展过程、组成与功能,说明了GIS技术在空间分析和水环境数据管理上的优势。对多源遥感图像处理和数据融合的方法也进行了一些总结,并分析了图像融合技术在水环境监测中的应用。RS监测可以大面积地提供水质信息,并且具有适时、迅速、持久等特点,它所提供的信息量是常规水质监测所不能比拟的。GIS是处理空间数据的有效工具,可以把RS所提供的大量空间信息快速的处理和分析,这在工作效率和经济效益上都明显地占有优势。RS和GIS的集成将水环境的监测和分析提高到一个新的水平,结合国内外对RS和GIS的研究现状以及相集成在水环境中的研究进展,证明了RS与GIS相集成的可能性和必要性。 本文所做的工作作为水质监测与RS、GIS集成技术相结合的初步尝试和探索,对于该领域的研究工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Based on multi-source monitoring information in Taihu Lake,supported by RS(Remote Sensing) and GIS(Geographical Information System) technology.A water environment monitoring information management system is developed and the system framework is expounded,components and functions of system is comparatively particular introduced.The technology and integration of RS and GIS are discussed for their inherent meaning and relationship to each other.The ’combine top’ models for the integration of RS and GIS are presentedJn GIS environment,the monitoring information in water environment is managed.The analyse methods which based on RS and GIS integration technology are presented for dynamic monitoring water environment in Taihu Lake.The method of RS grey image data with practical monitoring data can totally appraise the water quality in quickly and effectively.The development process and composition and function of GIS are introduced and summarized,advantages of the GIS technology used in space analysis and water environment data management are well illuminated.Multi-source RS image disposal and data fusion are summarized,also analyse image fusion technology used in monitoring water environment.RS monitoring can provide big area of water quality information,the characteristic of RS is timing and prompt and permanence.The information which provided by RS is not assimilate with general monitoring water quality.GIS dispose space data is the efficiency tools,it can dispose and analyse the RS which provide a great deal of space information in quickness.this predominate work efficiency and economy benefit.The integration of RS and GIS shall enhance monitor and analyze water environment,combining with research actuality of RS and GIS,research progress of the integration of RS and GIS used in water environment,the possibility and necessity of the integration of RS and GIS are testified.A preliminary attempt and explore of monitoring water quality,the technology and integration of RS between GIS,it can be useful reference for the domain of research work.
