数控系统仿真与优化的技术研究

【摘要】 数控(NC)技术是近代发展起来的一种自动控制技术,是用数字化的信息实现机床控制的一种方法,也是现代制造技术中最关键的环节。数控插补技术是数控系统的核心技术,其功能强弱直接影响着数控加工质量。数控仿真技术是数控加工系统不可或缺的关键技术,其对数控加工的有着不可忽视的影响。 长期以来,数控插补技术主要集中在直线、圆弧、抛物线等简单曲线的插补上,然而随着NURBS曲线曲面在CAD/CAM中的广泛应用,新的NURBS曲线直接插补技术被提出,并逐渐成为数控插补技术的核心之一。目前的NURBS曲线插补算法能在一定程度上满足数控加工的需要。基于等参数空间的插补算法能保证精度,却不能保证加工速度;而基于等轨迹空间的插补算法虽保证了加工速度,但却不能保证加工精度。 以插补算法为基础的数控图形仿真技术,也因插补算法的不同而不同。当插补算法的实时性很强的时候,可以采用基于实体造型技术的高真实度仿真技术;而当实时性不强的时候,只能采用低真实度的仿真技术,如线框仿真。 本文所做的工作:首先研究了基于PC开放式数控系统中的两个重要技术:插补技术和仿真技术。然后,着重研究NURBS曲线的直接插补算法,分析了当前插补算法的不足之处,给出一种新的改进算法。由于新的改进算法具有更大的计算复杂性,论文还从三个方面对改进算法进行了实时性优化,并用实验的方法比较了几个算法的优缺点。最后研究了数控系统的仿真,重点是研究了基于实体造型的NURBS扫掠体的生成算法。
【Abstract】 The technology of numerical control (NC) is a kind of modern automatic control technology, it is a kind of methods of the control of machine tools which have been realized by using the digital information, is one of the most crucial link in modern production technology. The interpolation technology of NC, which function is good or bad directly influence the processing quality of equipment, is the crucial technology in the system of NC. The graphical emulation technology of NC is also one of the most crucial technology, which has very important influence to entire system of NC.The interpolation technology of NC has focused on simple curve such as line, arc and parabola for long time, but as NURBS curve has been used widely in CAD/CAM, new NURBS curve interpolation technology has been brought forward and became one of key technologies stage by stage. At the present time, NURBS curve interpolation algorithms can meet the need of production in certain extent, but they have theirs defect. For example, the interpolation algorithm based on constant parameter space can guarantee interpolated precision, but cannot guarantee machining speed. And the interpolation algorithm based on constant track space can guarantee machining speed, but cannot guarantee interpolated precision.Because the graphical emulation technology of NC based on the interpolation algorithm, different interpolation algorithm bring different graphical emulation technology. When the real-time capability of the algorithm is very strong, we can use high-reality emulation technology; and when the real-time capability of the algorithm isn’t very strong, we have to use low-reality emulation technology, such as line drawing.In this thesis, firstly, has studied the two most important technologies in the open NC system based on PC: Interpolation technical and graphical emulation technology. Then put a high value on NURBS curve directly interpolation technology, has analysed the insufficient places of current interpolation algorithms, and gave a improving algorithm. Because the complicacy of improving algorithm, this thesis also gave the real-time optimization on improving algorithm from three angles and compared these algorithms in experimental. Finally, this thesis has studied that the graphical emulation technology of NC system, and focus point is the generation algorithm of NURBS scanning body based on entity model technology.
