多雷达和ADS数据融合研究和应用

【摘要】 近年来我国航空运输业高速发展,仅仅依靠进口国外现成的空中交通管制系统已经不能满足我国航空发展的多方面需要,特别是在有特殊要求的领域,如空军空管系统更是如此。因此开发自主产权的空中交通管制系统已迫在眉睫。本文基于作者在四川川大智胜软件股份有限公司实习期间参加的国家重大项目以及民航空中交通管制系统的研发工作,探讨了空中交通管制系统中多传感器数据融合中的关键技术。多传感器数据融合技术是空中交通管制中的关键技术,本文在以往成果的基础上,结合空管系统的新特点,分析和对比了多传感器数据融合中的各项技术,在进行了大量深入细致研究的基础上,提出了异类传感器数据的融合方法,实现了雷达数据和ADS(自动相关监视)数据的融合,主要的研究方面如下:(1) 目标关联和滤波算法研究:探讨了常用的跟踪滤波算法:Kalman和(((跟踪滤波算法,提出了一种多模式的(((滤波算法,对以上的几种算法从计算量和滤波精度方面进行了比较分析,同时介绍了系统中所采用的目标关联和配对算法。(2) 坐标变换和时空对准研究:设计了一种多雷达和ADS数据时空对准方案,实现了多雷达和ADS数据的坐标变换、正北校正和延时误差自动补偿。(3) 多雷达和ADS数据融合算法研究:讨论了常用的多雷达数据融合算法,并对各种数据融合算法进行了分析和性能比较;针对雷达数据和ADS数据的特点,提出了一种异类传感器数据的融合算法,并通过实验证明该方法是行之有效的。本文围绕这三个方面的研究展开论述。第一部分讲述系统开发背景、目的和意义以及笔者的研究工作;第二部分阐述了数据融合的基本原理;第三部<WP=3>分重点阐述了多雷达和ADS数据融合中的坐标变换,时空对准,目标跟踪和融合等各项关键技术和算法;第四部分总结全文并提出今后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the increasing of air traffic, it doesn’t meet the requirement of civil air transport only by importing foreign ATC products any more, especially in the military ATC. It’s crucial to developing our own ATC System with independent intellectual property. This thesis is based on the work that I’ve done when I was an internship in WiseSoft Ltd. From February 2003 to April 2004. This thesis mainly discusses the key multi-sensor data fusion technology of Air Traffic Control. Multi- sensor data fusion is the key technology of automatic ATC. This thesis analyses and compares the key technologies of multi-sensor data fusion. Based on an amount of research, a different sensors data fusion scheme is presented, and the radar and ADS data fusion is realized. The main results are presented in the following:(1) Target correlation and tracking filter research: The common tracking filter algorithm is discussed: Kalman and ((( tracking filter algorithm. A new multi-mode ((( tracking filter algorithm is presented and the algorithms mentioned above are compared and analyzed in complexity and precision of computation; Target correlation algorithm is discussed.(2) Coordination transform and alignment of time and space research: A scheme of time and space of multi-radar and ADS is designed, coordination transform, north rectification and compensation of time lag are realized.(3) Multi-radar and ADS track fusion algorithm research: The common track fusion algorithm is discussed, and the algorithm is compares and analyzed. In view of the characteristic of radar and ADS data, a new different sensors data fusion <WP=5>scheme is presented. The simulation experiment proves this scheme is effectual.The thesis is dissertated around the three aspects。The first part, it gives the background, purpose and signification of ATC system development and my research work. The second part, it expounds basic theory of the data fusion. The third part, it expounds Coordination transform, alignment of time and space, tracking filter and fusion of radar and ADS data fusion. The last part, it summarizes all contents of the thesis and. Put forward the research direction in the future.
