超高分子量聚乙烯注塑专用料的研制与性能研究

【摘要】 采用聚丙烯和聚乙烯作为流动改性剂,研究其与UHMWPE共混流动改性的效果和机理,并在此基础上开发UHMWPE注塑料。研究表明,聚丙烯与UHMWPE为完全不相容性体系,所以UHMWPE/PP共混物虽然有很好的流动性能,但是其力学性能却很差,难以作为功能良好的工程材料。增容剂马来酸酐接枝POE对UHMWPE/PP共混物的力学性能有一定改善作用,但是不能在流动性很好的情况下大幅度改善体系的力学性能。聚乙烯由于分子结构与UHMWPE完全一致,可作为其加工改性剂,且其力学性能远远高于UHMWPE/PP体系,但不同种类的聚乙烯对UHMWPE流动改性的效果不同。本文进一步研究了不同种类的聚乙烯对UHMWPE流动改性的效果与机理,并在此基础上研制出UHMWPE注塑料的基础配方。另外,本文研究了润滑剂硬酯酸和硬酯酸锌、多元醇酯(PETS)及聚乙烯腊对开发出的注塑料的流动改性效果及机理,发现硬脂酸和聚乙烯腊主要起外润滑作用,而硬脂酸锌和多元醇酯(PETS)主要起内润滑作用。最后利用注塑实验验证了此注塑料配方的可行性,并对注塑流动行为进行了分析。
【Abstract】 PP and PE were used to improve the flowing properties of UHMWPE in the research, so that the UHMWPE blends could be processed through injection. It showed that UHMWPE and PP are inconsistent polymers. Though UHMWPE/PP blends have high fluidity its mechanical properties is reduced greatly. POE-g-MAH was chosen as compatibilizer of UHMWPE/PP blend and it has modification effect on the blends. Compare UHMWPE/PP blends, UHMWPE and PE have more better consistency than UHMWPE and PP due to their same molecular structure, so PE was used as processing modifier of UHMWPE. The modification effect and mechanism of several kinds of PE to UHMWPE was studied, and on this base, UHMWPE materials for injection were studied. In addition, different lubricants, including little molecular an polymer wax were individual used in the blends and their modification effect and mechanism were also studied. In the end, the blends were injected through injection machine successfully.
