【摘要】 为加快兰州石化公司的信息化建设，满足生产、管理、决策等部门及时掌控西区(主要是化工生产装置)生产过程数据的迫切需求，结合化工装置过程控制的具体情况，确定了兰州石化公司西区生产信息管理系统的结构，即：以实时数据库作为数据存储的平台，以过程数据采集为基础和以关系型数据库为生产核心数据库的管控一体化结构。 论文着重阐述了生产信息管理系统的结构和各功能模块。分析了兰州石化公司西区主要生产装置过程控制的各种型号DCS的软、硬件通讯接口(软件接口如：OPC、NETDDE、FASTDDE、TPSDDE，硬件接口如：ACG10S、ECGW3、CGWU和RS81)，设计了针对各种通讯接口的数据采集方案(Client／Server结构)，实现了把生产过程数据实时采集到实时数据库的功能。同时完成了通过Browser／Server结构实现现场生产数据的流程图显示、实时数据浏览、过程报警、历史趋势等应用功能。 在实时数据库应用的基础上，对物料平衡、能源计量和生产调度所需要的数据进行提炼和整理，通过专用数据接口程序，根据需要定时把实时数据库中的相关数据写入生产核心数据库，然后进行整合作为基础数据。 依据基础数据为开发了石化厂和化肥厂的物料平衡系统和能源计量系统；开发并完善了兰州石化公司的调度系统(包括各二级厂的调度系统)。 采用Browser／Server结构和Php、Jsp等技术生成综合查询系统。在整个系统设计中采用了目前流程行业的主流设计思想，利用了计算机的网络技术、通信技术、实时数据库技术和关系型数据库技术，综合考虑了化工生产中生产安全、信息安全和数据安全，最终实现了完整和实用的生产信息管理系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to speed up the information construction and meet the requirement of urgent grasp on the process data of the chemicals production demanded by the manufacturing, management, and decision-making departments of Lanzhou Petrochemical Corp., and combined with the real situation of the process control in chemicals plant, hereafter comes up with a briefing on the modules’ functionality in the production message management system. The structure of one system of management and control was decided, this system considers the real-time database as the data storage platform and relationship database as the core production database and data acquisition as foundation.A detailed analysis on the communication interfaces of hardware and software in different DCS system, for instance software interfaces OPC, NETDDE, FASTDDE, TPSDDE, hardware interfaces ACG10S, ECGW3, CGWU, and RS81, was made in the main manufacturing plant of lanzhou Petrochemical Corp.. A program of Client/Server structure using to solve the data acquisition between different communication interfaces was designed. The data from manufacturing process to the real-time database comes true. And also the functions of the data display in the flowsheet, the real-time data browsing, process alarm, and history etc.based on Browser/Server structure come true.According to the software application in the manufacturing, a material balance data, energy-calculated data, and production deploying data are abstracted and coordinated. The real-time manufacturing data can be written into the core database for these data through a special interface program on timing demand. Considering application of the data, the material balance system and energy-calculated system for petrochemical factory and chemical fertilizer factory were developed. The deploying system for the Lanzhou Petrochemical Corp. including sub-company was developed and perfected.An integrated inquiry system by using Browser/Server structure and Php,Jsp technic was formed. The main mindset of the program design at present such ascomputer network technology, communication technology, real-time database technology and relationship database technology were applied through the system design. A manufacturing message management system incorporated completely with production safety, communication safety and data safety gained a broadly application in chemicals production.更多还原
