产品加工过程的物流管理及状态监控操作平台的研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济信息化、网络化的快速发展,企业信息化已经成为了当今制造企业求得发展的必要趋势,制造企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,继而获得更大地发展,就必须运用先进的信息化管理方式。企业产品加工过程中的物流管理作为企业内部物流管理的核心,它的好坏将直接影响到企业的存亡。同时,关系到国家安全的军工企业所原有的一些企业与用户的交互模式已经不适合,需要更为先进的模式来取代。 基于以上原因,本课题针对军工企业提出了“产品加工过程的物流管理及状态监控操作平台”的研究项目,即在Internet/Intranet的环境下,运用计算机和网络技术为军工制造企业架构生产过程物流管理和远程监控操作平台:为客户(军方)、(军工)制造企业及其各生产相关部门提供远程交互、查询、调度、跟踪的生产物流管理和生产信息查询平台。本课题的研究内容及所取得的初步成果如下: ① 在当代物流管理理论的基础上,提出了本课题属于对企业生产物流信息管理的研究,并给出了制造企业生产物流信息管理系统的基本信息流程框架。 ② 运用结构化分析方法IDEF0对企业产品加工过程物流信息管理及状态监控操作平台进行系统功能模型分析设计,划分出了基本的功能模块,并绘制出各级功能模型图。 ③ 对企业产品加工过程物流信息管理及状念监控操作平台的支持技术做分析介绍,重点讨论了数据库应用体系结构基本模式和相关实产品加工过程的物流管理及状态监控操作平台的研究 现技术。④在对军工企业产品加工过程物流信息管理及状态监控操作平台系 统功能模型的基础上,采取多层的分布式体系结构确定系统的总体 结构方案。⑤根据生产物流及状态信息管理的特点进行后台数据库结构设计,对 应用程序进行编制,包括编写WindowS应用程序和Web应用程序, 完成军工企业生产物流及状态信息管理界面设计和客户远程监控 界面设计。并对系统网络安全进行了分析设计。关键词:产品过程管理状态监控

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information and electric network for the whole world economy, the business information has become the indispensable tendency for manufacture enterprises to obtain the development at present. If manufacture enterprises want to survive in intense competition and then obtain further development, they must utilize advanced administration means of information. The logistics management in enterprise produce process acts as the core of the logistics management of enterprise inside. Its good or bad shall directly affect manufacture enterprises’ living or death. At the same time, the war industry enterprises which will affects our country security need to change their original mode of contacting with their clients, the original mode can not fit for the request of age, some advanced mode must be used to substitute it.Based on all above Reasons, aiming at war industry business, this paper proposes the research item named Study on Working Platform for Logistics Management and State Monitoring in Product Manufacture. It means that utilizing computer and electric network technique to build a working platform of logistics management in produce process and its state monitoring in the environment of Internet and Intranet. With this platform, customer, enterprise and its process departments can communicate, query, track, plan on logistics management and information in process. The studying content and main conclusions of the paper are as follows:l.Based on the theory of modern logistics management, bring forward that this task belong to the research on information management of enterprise logistics management in process, and show the basic information flow frame of information management system for manufacturing enterprise logistics management in process.2 Application structure analysis means IDEFo to analyze and design the system function model of the working platform for Logistics Management and state monitoring in product manufacture, marking off its basic function modules and describe function model graph for all levels.3 Introduce and analyze the support technique of working platform for logistics management and state monitoring in enterprise product manufacture. The stress was talked about the basic mode of database’s application architectural structure and correlative realization technique.4.Based on the system function model of the working platform for logistics management and state monitoring in war industry enterprise product manufacture, adopting multilayer distributed structure mode to establish the whole structure project.5.According to the characteristic of logistics information management in process, design the support database structure, write application program, including writing Windows application program and Web application program, finish program interface design for logistics information management and remote state monitoring, at last, analyze and design the network security for this system.
