商业智能在客户营销服务支撑系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 科技的进步和信息技术的发展使世界进入了前所未有的全球化时代,未来企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地,必须能够纵观历史和洞察未来趋势,以快速做出决策,而快速决策来自于对市场、客户、企业营销状况等正确充分的分析。但是原有的运营支撑系统作为一种管理系统难以做到这一点,以数据仓库为基础的商业智能的建设则可以很好的解决这个问题。商业智能(BI)是一种综合运用了数据仓库、联机分析和数据挖掘技术来处理和分析数据的崭新技术,它使我们能够将数据转变为信息和知识。本文结合软件工程的思想,通过研究商业智能应用于客户营销服务支撑系统建立的新方法,提出了一种切实可行的柔性化,轻型化的商业智能建立技术,并在客户营销服务支撑系统中得到应用和验证。文中首先对商业智能做了比较全面的综述,介绍了商业智能的几个核心技术:数据仓库,数据集市,联机分析处理和数据挖掘。然后对一个客户营销服务支撑系统作了较为详实地需求分析,分析了系统中商业智能所应完成的功能与模块。进而根据需求分析对客户营销服务支撑系统中的商业智能应用进行了系统分析,方案设计,系统选型等工作,通过问答方式给出了一般商业智能应用的开发要点、原则和方法。并按照设计要求实现了系统,文中也给出了部分系统设计及实现后的一些样例图表。最后,在文章的结尾总结了案例工程实施的要点和成功点。
【Abstract】 The technical progress and the development of information technology bring the world into a unprecedented globalization time. In the future, if a enterprise wants to survive himself in the intense competition, he has to be able to look over the history and fasts to see clearly the future tendency thus to make the decision-making. The fast decision-making came from the correct full analysis to the market, the customer, the enterprise marketing condition and so on. However the old operation support system can not be competent for this task, only the BI base on Data Warehouse (DW) will do it well.BI is a new technology, which makes integrative use of DW, On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP), Data Mining (DM) and so on. Via BI, we can transform raw data into usable information and knowledge.In the light of the software engineering thought,this article, based on the actual project of Customer Manager Support System (CMSS), proposed one kind of feasible flexible and light technology of establishing BI, which applied to the CMSS successfully, and gave some new tentative and creative ideas.The article has first made a comprehensive summary to the BI, explained the BI’s several cores technology: DW, Data Mart, OLAP and DM,. Then this paper has given detailed requirements analysis to a CMSS, and has listed the function and the module which in the system the BI should complete. The requirements analysis has carried on the analysis of system, the design of blue print, and the choice of system pattern. The thesis shows the fundational principle and method through the question-answer way to develop a general application of BI. Adapting to these <WP=4>principle and method, we realized the system and satisfied the requirements analysis. At the rear end, this paper demonstrates the partial system design and realization and some graphic or table example. Finally, the article summarized some main point about the implementation of this project, reiterated the fact that ETL and meta-data is essential to BI.
