【摘要】 进入二十一世纪以来，随着国家加大基础建设的投入，以及加入世贸组织后外资项目的大量涌入，建筑工程项目迅猛增加，工程保险随之显示出了巨大市场。如何测度工程保险的风险，从而规避风险，提高效益，使工程保险健康、高效的发展具有十分重要的意义。 论文对风险、工程项目风险、工程项目风险管理、工程保险的基本理论作了介绍，对保险风险、工程保险风险因素应用保险经济学、市场营销学、战略管理理论的内容作了系统深入的分析，由此构建出了工程保险风险分析的指标体系。 将层次分析法应用于工程保险的风险评价，确定出各个风险因素在整个工程保险风险中的权重，找出了工程保险主要风险源。通过多层次综合模糊评价法对某一项工程保险作了定量化风险评价，得出了工程保险风险的定量化评价结果，为保险公司经营工程保险提供了决策依据。 论文最后对工程保险的风险管理作了从宏观管理、中观管理和微观管理三个方面作了进一步研究。其中微观管理部分依据层次分析法得出的结果，对各个风险因素的风险控制均给出了具体的建议，对保险企业工程保险的风险管理具有一定的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since entering 21st century, the country increases the input in capital construction , and foreign-funded project in a large amount pour in after the accession to the WTO.With building project increasing rapidly, the engineering insurance demonstrates the enormous market . How to estimate risk of engineering insurance, evade the risk , increase the benefit,and make the engineering insurance healthy , high-efficient development has very important meanings.The thesis make the introduction to risk , engineering risk , engineering risk management , basic theories of engineering insurance, and use content of insurance economics, marketing study, strategic management to make systematic analysis to insurance risk , risk factor of engineering insurance, therefore construction has been offered the index system of risk analysis of engineering insurance.The paper applys AHP method to appraisal of engineering insurance risk , determine the weight of each risk factor in whole risk of engineering insurance, and founds out the main risk source of the engineering insurance. The paper take ration appraisal to a certain engineering insurance through AHP method and multi-level comprehensive fuzzy evaluation , gains ration result , and offers decision basis for managing the engineering insurance in the insurance company.Finally the thesis make study to risk management of engineering insurance from macro-management,middling-management and microcosmic management. According to the result of AHP method .the paper provides the concrete suggestion to the risk controlling of each factor in microcosmic management, and has definitely realistic meanings to the risk management of insurance enterprise’s engineering insurance.更多还原
