干涉型光纤陀螺仪关键技术研究

【摘要】 光纤陀螺仪自诞生以来以其结构简单、性能稳定、动态范围宽、反应速度快、可靠性高,以及成本低,体积小,重量轻等优点获得了广泛的应用,尤其在捷联惯导系统中应用日益广泛。但由于各种噪声如光源噪声、本征噪声和系统噪声的影响,使陀螺稳定性降低。降低噪声的影响成为提高陀螺稳定性的关键。论文在详细分析各种噪声的基础上围绕提高陀螺稳定性和精度做了以下工作: 在深入分析陀螺物理特性的基础上,通过试验确定了陀螺系统的传递函数,通过分析将传递函数离散化并应用于自适应滤波,主要是滤除随机噪声。 光源波长的变化将导致光纤环的非互易相移产生漂移,即影响光纤陀螺标度因数的稳定性,而温度是影响光源波长的主要因素。因此设计了温控电路和光控电路来提高光源的稳定性,以滤除光源噪声。 光纤环是陀螺的重要组成部分,由于温度梯度和应力梯度的存在,会增加光纤环路中的光路噪声,对传输于环中的光波相位产生影响,降低光纤陀螺稳定性。经过理论分析采用四极对称绕法,进行了大量的尝试,最后证明这种方法切实可行。这种方法主要是滤除非互易噪声。
【Abstract】 Since the birth, the FOG has been put into application in many ways, especially in Strapdown Inertial Navigation System, for its many advantages such as simple structure, stability, quick-reaction, higher reliability, low cost, small volume and low weight. With many noises such as the noise of light-source and system and some inherent noise, the stability of the FOG is not good. In order to improve the stability, the following has been done:After analyzing the physical characteristic of the gyro, and with many experiments, the transfer function of the system is set up. In the following the discrete function is applied to adaptive filtering. With that the random noise is filtered out.The change of the wavelength may lead to the drift of the non-exchange phase drift, so influence the stability of the scale factor, also it is known the temperature is the key factor that affect the wavelength of the light-source. In order to eliminate the noise of the source and boost the stability, the temperature control circuit and the power control circuit are designed.The fiber ring is one of the important part of the FOG, and it has great effect on the stability of the FOG. Owing to the exist of the temperature grads and stress grads, the noise in the light circuit is increased and so the wave phase of the fiber ring is affected, and this reduce the stability. After analysis the QAD method is used, and the method proved to be effective after many tests. With that the non-exchange noise is filtered out.
