游离水脱除器在大庆油田的应用及数值模型的建立

【摘要】 本文对通过对聚驱集输工艺系统的研究,提出了两种采出液处理系统模式:“聚北十三”模式和“聚喇360”模式。“聚北十三”模式适用于处理完全聚合物驱采出液的集输系统;而“聚喇360”模式适用于水驱系统与聚合物驱采出系统的混合型的采出液处理集输系统。 通过游离水脱除器填料的研究,开发出了新型的波纹板聚结填料。这种填料是把聚结分离法和重力分离法结合起来的一种加速重力分离的聚结元件,具有设备简单、效率高的优点。在游离水脱除器中使用波纹板聚结填料,可以提高游离水脱除器的脱除效率。 经对游离水脱除器结构的研究,改进了游离水脱除器的总体布局,使游离水脱除器更适合于处理聚合物驱采出液处理。 通过通过生产应用,不断完善了研究结果,为大庆油田不同采油厂提出了达到处理指标的游离水脱除参数。现场应用测试标明,研制的游离水脱除器满足了大庆油不断增长的处理聚合物驱采出液处理的需要,处理后各项指标达到了预定指标。完成的技术指标:在来液含水:60~90%,操作温度:38~42℃,停留时间:20min加药量Fpw-320 20mg/L或Sp169 30~40mg/L的情况下,采出液处理后达到:油中含水<30%,污水含油<2000 mg/L,形成一套适合于注聚合物驱的原油脱游离水配套设备。 通过理论分析和现场验证,建立了游离水脱除器的数学模型,为游离水脱除器的工程应用提供了技术支持。 本文的研究表明,研制的游离水脱除器满足了大庆油田注聚合物驱的需要。游离水脱除器在大庆油田的应用,已节省基建投资3600万元:每年节省生运行费用9327万元。大庆油田已在主力采油区的采油一、二、三、六厂大规模推广聚合物驱油技术,所获得的经济效益是非常巨大的。

【Abstract】 In this paper by the study of gathering and transporting process system, two types of treating systems have been taken, i.e. "north 13 model" and "la 360 model". The "north 13 model" is suited to pure polymer flooding fields and the "la 360 model" is suited to the fields of the mixture of the water flooding and the polymer flooding.By the study of coalescences test of FWKO, a new type of coalescence called ripple-type packing has been developed. This type of coalescence is a combination of gathering function and gravity separating function which possess the advantages of simple in shape and high efficiency in use. The use of ripple-type packing in FWKO can improve the removing the free-water efficiency of .the FWKO.In according to the study of FWKO, the overall arrangements of FWKO have been improved. It makes the FWKO more suitable for the use of treating of produced fluids.By the use of oil-fields, the research results have been improving and process parameters have been taken for the different oil-fields to achieve the required treating parameter to treat the produced free-water. Through the application of oil-field it has showed that the FWKO developed are satisfied to the continuous needs of treating the produced fluids of polymer flooding, the parameters treated have reached to the pre-designed values. The reached values are :inlet water cut 60~90%, operating temperature: 38~42℃, settling time: 20min, added dose: Fpw-320 20mg / L or Sp169 30~40mg / L, the treating results for treating produced fluids are: water cut in oil: < 30%; the oil in water :<2000 mg / L. In the same a series of FWKO suited for treating produced fluids of polymer flooding have been developed.By the analyzing and test of oil-fields, the models of FWKO have been taken. It takes the bases for the large scale uses of FWKO to set the guarantee.This study shows that the FWKO developed is able to meet the requirement of polymer flooding in Daqing oilfield. The applications of FWKO in Daqing oilfield have saved 36.0 millions yuan of the constructing fees. In each year, 93.27 millions yuan of the running-fees. The technique of polymer flooding has been widely used in NO.1, NO.2, NO.3, NO.4, NO.6 main oil extracting fields, So a vast quantity of money have been gained for the daqing oilfield company.
