【摘要】 本文介绍了电子调速器配机性能综合实验台的设计原理及相关系统的实现。 整个实验台架主要由两台D6114柴油发电机组、数字式电子调速系统、数据监控系统、自动加载控制系统组成。 数字式电子调速系统以Intel 80C196KC单片机为核心，在硬件电路基础上，通过软件编程实现单片机对柴油机转速和供油齿条位移进行双闭环数字PID控制，并可在线修改控制参数。数据监控系统的硬件以一台工业控制PC机为核心，并根据采集信号的性质配置了电压-数字量转换板、电流-数字量转换板及开关量输入／输出板，对实验台的主要运行参数进行采集并进行报警控制； 监控系统的软件以BORLAND公司的Delphi5.0作为开发平台，采用了面向对象的设计方法，运用了多线程、数据库等技术，做到了界面美观、操作方便。监控系统的功能是实现数据的实时采集、实时显示、数据保存、数据打印、曲线图显示、声光报警。 本文还设计了实验台自动加载控制系统，能实现多级载荷控制，为复杂的实验方案及工况的实现提供了方便的实现途径。 实验台的建设完善了课题组电子调速技术开发的实验环境，为进一步进行电子调速系统的技术开发和设计研究提供良好的基础保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, The Test Stand for Electronic Governor Experiment is introduced, all the system of Test Stand is built.The digital electronic governor of diesel engine centres on a single-chip microcomputer of Intel 80C196 KB. On the basis of the designed hardware circuit, the system realized two digital PJD control, and can modify the control parameters on line . The key hardware of monitor and control system is an industrial control personal computer. And due to the nature of the data acquisition, three data acquisition circuit board are adopted. They are voltage to digit data converting circuit board, current to digit data converting circuit board and digit data input/output circuit board. These circuit boards are used to acquire the main running parameter of the multifunctional experimentation equipment and to control the output of alarm message.The monitor and control program is developed on Delphi5.0 which is an excellent product of Borland Corp. During the designing of software, the OOP method is adopted, and the technology of multi-thread and database is also used. The program ’ s interface is attractive. And the program is designed to convenient for using. The functions of monitor and control system include data sampling and showing in real time, data saving, data printing, data showing through curve graph,alarm by sound and lamp.The control system of auto adjusting load is built, the system can work for manifold test mode with twelve step load adjustment.The Test Stand consummate the condition in research of electronic governor of diesel engine equipment.更多还原
